Claims (12)

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 입자의 전체 2가 유로퓸 비율은 60% 내지 95%이고, 상기 입자표면과 그 근방에서의 2가 유로퓸 비율은 4% 내지 15%인 유로퓸-활성화 형광체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 입자의 전체 2가 유로퓸 비율은 60% 내지 80%이고, 상기 입자표면과 그 근방에서의 2가 유로퓸 비율은 4% 내지 15%인 유로퓸-활성화 형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유로퓸-활성화 형광체는 알칼리토금속 알루민산염 형광체인 유로퓸-활성화 형광체.

- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 소성 공정은상기 제 2 단계 후에 수행되며, 환원 분위기에 노출되는 동안 상기 형광체 물질을 소성하는 제 3 단계를 더 포함하는 유로퓸-활성화 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 단계는 상기 소성 공정에서 온도가 떨어질 때 수행되는 유로퓸-활성화 형광체의 제조방법.
