Description
본 발명은 연간 발생하는 수천 만개에 달하는 많은 양의 폐타이어와 신발 밑창,벨트 등을 자원 재활용 및 자원절감의 차원에서 보다 효율적으로 사용하고자 폐타이어들을 수거 한 후 분쇄 공정을 거쳐 잘게 분쇄한 후 생성되는 폐고무칩을 이용한 복층 구조의 자전거 전용 도로 및 인라인스케이트 전용 탄성포장재를 제공하는 것이다.The present invention collects the used tires, shoe soles, belts, and the like, which are generated annually, in order to recycle resources and reduce resources more efficiently. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소코자 발명해 낸 것으로서 폐고무칩을 소정의 크기로 분쇄하여 하단층부에 규사와 우레탄 바인더를 일정 비율로 배합 포설하는 시공단계와 양생단계를 거쳐 기층 시공이 완료된후 상단층부에는 컬러를 갖는 고무칩(착색 폐고무칩,우레탄 칩,EPDM 칩)과 고운 모래를 배합하여 상단층부를 시공할수 있다. 이때 폐타이어 칩 과 재생 우레탄 칩을 사용시 안료를 섞어 색상을 자유롭게 선택할수 있으며 복층 구조로 밀착시공함으로써 재료분리와 탈착 현상을막을수 있어 안전성과 지속성을 유지시켜준다.The present invention has been invented to solve the above problems, and after completion of the base construction through the construction step and curing step of mixing and laying silica rubber and urethane binder in a predetermined ratio in the lower layer by grinding the waste rubber chip to a predetermined size.
