- 그루브 및 랜드가 형성되어 있는 기판과 상기 기판 위에 순차적으로 적층되어 있는 기록층 및 반사막을 포함하는 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기 그루브와 랜드의 폭비율(GW/LW)이 1.5 내지 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그루브의 폭이 0.18 내지 0.3㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 랜드의 폭이 0.1 내지 0.23㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그루브의 깊이가 50 내지 150nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판의 트랙피치가 0.3 내지 0.4㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 최대 흡수파장이 280 내지 450nm이며, 350 내지 450nm의 파장에서 기록 및 재생 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
