Description
中心部分に貫通孔を有し、かつトラックピッチ0.32μm、溝幅180nm、溝深さ32nmの案内溝を有する外径120mm、厚さ1.1mmの円板状のポリカーボネート製の基板を、射出成形によって作成した。この基板の案内溝が形成された面にAg合金をスパッタリングして60nmの厚さの反射層を形成した。その後(化3)に示す化学式で表される有機色素をTFP(テトラフルオロプロパノール)溶剤に溶かした色素溶液を、OD値が0.25となる成膜条件でスピンコート法により塗布し、80℃で30分間乾燥して、記録層を形成した。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として(化4)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして光情報記録媒体を得た。(化4)に示す色素は図4に示す吸収スペクトルを有する。最大吸収波長(λmax)は375nmなので、波長375nmの光で吸光度を測定し、OD値を導出した。また、DCジッタが最も低くなるOD値は0.32なので、記録層の形成はOD値が0.32となる成膜条件で行った。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として(化5)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして光情報記録媒体を得た。(化5)に示す色素は図6に示す吸収スペクトルを有する。最大吸収波長(λmax)は409nmなので、波長409nmの光で吸光度を測定し、OD値を導出した。また、DCジッタが最も低くなるOD値は0.25なので、記録層の形成はOD値が0.25となる成膜条件で行った。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として(化6)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして光情報記録媒体を得た。(化6)に示す色素は最大吸収波長(λmax)が420nmなので、波長420nmの光で吸光度を測定し、OD値を導出した。また、DCジッタが最も低くなるOD値は0.22なので、記録層の形成はOD値が0.22となる成膜条件で行った。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として(化7)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして光情報記録媒体を得た。(化7)に示す色素は最大吸収波長(λmax)が417nmなので、波長417nmの光で吸光度を測定し、OD値を導出した。また、DCジッタが最も低くなるOD値は0.23なので、記録層の形成はOD値が0.23となる成膜条件で行った。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として(化8)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして光情報記録媒体を得た。(化8)に示す色素は最大吸収波長(λmax)が383nmなので、波長383nmの光で吸光度を測定し、OD値を導出した。また、DCジッタが最も低くなるOD値は0.29なので、記録層の形成はOD値が0.29となる成膜条件で行った。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として下記の(化9)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いたが、この色素はTFPの他、エタノールや2−メトキシエタノール等の溶媒に溶解せず、成膜が行えないため、サンプルディスクの作成および評価が行えなかった。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として下記の(化10)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いたが、この色素はTFPの他、エタノールや2−メトキシエタノール等の溶媒に溶解せず、成膜が行えないため、サンプルディスクの作成および評価が行えなかった。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として下記の(化11)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして光情報記録媒体を得た。(化11)に示す色素は最大吸収波長(λmax)が428nmなので、波長428nmの光で吸光度を測定し、OD値を導出した。また、DCジッタが最も低くなるOD値は0.20なので、記録層の形成はOD値が0.20となる成膜条件で行った。
実施例1において、記録層に用いる有機色素として下記の(化12)に示す化学式で表される有機色素を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして光情報記録媒体を得た。(化12)に示す色素は最大吸収波長(λmax)が337nmなので、波長337nmの光で吸光度を測定し、OD値を導出した。また、DCジッタが最も低くなるOD値は0.34なので、記録層の形成はOD値が0.34となる成膜条件で行った。

Claims (2)
- 光情報記録媒体に用いられる色素であって、下記の化学式で表される有機色素を含むことを特徴とする光情報記録媒体用色素。
- 螺旋状の案内溝を一方の面に有する基板と、前記基板の一方の面上に形成された反射層と、前記反射層上に形成された記録層と、前記記録層上に形成された保護層と、前記保護層上に形成された光透過層と、を有する光情報記録媒体において、
前記記録層は有機色素を含んでおり、前記有機色素として下記の化学式で表される有機色素を用いたことを特徴とする光情報記録媒体。
