Claims (16)
- 동작시 소정의 파장 범위로 가시광선을 방출하는 적어도 두 개의 발광 다이오드들(6, 6',...7, 7',...;106, 106',...107, 107',...;206, 207)를 포함하는 광 시스템(1; 101)에 있어서,상기 광 시스템(1; 101; 201)이 상기 발광 다이오드들 (6, 6',...;106, 106',...;206, 207)들중 하나에 의해 방출되는 가시 광선의 일부분을 상기 광 시스템의 색 연출이 최적화 되도록 추가의 파장 범위의 가시광선으로 변환하는 변환 수단(10; 110; 210)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변환 수단(10; 110; 210)이 발광 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광 물질은 400 내지 500nm의 파장 범위로 방출되는 광에 의해 여기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광 물질은 (Sr,Ca)2SiO4:Eu2+, Ba2SiO4:Eu2+, SrGa2S4, ZnS:Cu+, ZnS:Au+, ZnS:Al3+, (Zn,Cd)S:Ag+,CaS:Ce3+으로 형성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 발광 다이오드(6, 6',...7, 7',...;106, 106',...107, 107',...;206, 207)는 적어도 청색 발광 다이오드(6, 6'...; 106, 106',...) 및 적어도 적색 발광 다이오드(7, 7',...;107, 107',...)를 포함하며 상기 변환 수단(10; 110)은 청색 발광 다이오드(6, 6',...; 106, 106',...)에 의해 방출되는 광의 일부분을 녹색 광으로 변환하는 발광 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광 다이오드(6, 6'...; 106, 106',...)의 스펙트럼 방출의 최대치가 460 내지 490nm의 파장 범위에 놓이고, 상기 적색 발광 다이오드(7, 7',...;107, 107',...)의 스펙트럼 방출의 최대치가 610 내지 630nm의 파장 범위에 놓이며, 상기 녹색 발광 발광 물질의 스펙트럼 방출의 최대치는 510 내지 530nm의 파장 범위에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광 물질은 500 내지 560nm의 파장 범위로 방출되는 광에 의해 여기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광 물질은 CaS:Eu,Mn; CaS:Eu; Srs:Eu;(Zn,Cd)S:Ag; SrO:Eu; Sr3B2O6:Eu; Sr2Mg(BO3)2; Cas:Eu, Mn; CaS:Eu 또는 Srs:Eu 으로 형성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 발광 다이오드(206, 207)는 적어도 청색 발광 다이오드(206) 및 적어도 녹색 발광 다이오드를 포함하며, 상기 변환 수단(210)은 상기 청색 및/또는 녹색 발광 다이오드(206, 207)에 의해 방출되는 광의 일부분을 적색 광으로 변환하는 발광 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광 시스템(1; 101; 102)색 연출 인덱스는 적어도 80과 같거나 그보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드((6, 6',...7, 7',...;106, 106',...107, 107',...;206, 207)의 발광 플럭스는 적어도 5lm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광 시스템(1;101;201)에 반사 수단(9; 109; 209)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 시스템.
