Claims (16)
- 양극 전극박과 음극 전극박을 격벽을 개재하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 산화제를 함침시켜 화학 중합 반응에 의해 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 생성한 고체 전해 콘덴서에 있어서, 상기 격벽에 합성 섬유를 주체로 하는 부직포를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격벽이 비닐론 섬유, 또는 비닐론 섬유와 유리 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 레이욘 섬유, 종이 섬유를 혼합하여 얻은 부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 양극 전극박과 음극 전극박을 격벽을 개재하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 산화제를 함침시켜 화학 중합 반응에 의해 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 생성하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 격벽에 합성 섬유를 주체로 하는 부직포를 사용하고, 상기 격벽을 사용하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자를 80 ℃ 내지 100 ℃의 수중에 1분 내지 10분간 침지하여 격벽 중의 결합제를 용해 제거하는 공정을 가지며, 이 공정 후에 상기 콘덴서 소자에 상기 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 산화제를 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 격벽이 비닐론 섬유, 또는 비닐론 섬유와 유리 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 레이욘 섬유, 종이 섬유를 혼합하여 얻은 부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합제를 용해 제거하는 공정 후에 80 ℃ 내지 120 ℃에서 상기 콘덴서 소자를 건조시키는 공정을 가지며, 이 공정 후에 상기 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 산화제를 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 격벽이 비닐론 섬유, 또는 비닐론 섬유와 유리 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 레이욘 섬유, 종이 섬유를 혼합하여 얻은 부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합제를 용해 제거하는 공정과 상기 콘덴서 소자를 건조시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 일련의 공정을 2회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 양극 전극박과 음극 전극박을 격벽을 개재하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 산화제를 함침시켜 화학 중합 반응에 의해 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 생성하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 산화제로서 용매에 대하여 40 중량%를 초과하는 농도의 산화제를 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 부탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 p-톨루엔술폰산 제2철, 도데실벤젠술폰산 제2철, 염화제2철에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 양극 전극박과 음극 전극박을 격벽을 개재하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 산화제를 함침시켜 화학 중합 반응에 의해 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 생성하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법에 있어서, 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜으로 이루어지는 단량체를 함침시키는 공정과 상기 단량체를 함침시키는 공정 후에, 콘덴서 소자에 산화제를 함침시키는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 양극 전극박과 음극 전극박을 격벽을 개재하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 산화제를 함침하여 화학 중합 반응에 의해 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 생성하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법에 있어서, 콘덴서 소자에 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 휘발성 용매를 혼합한 단량체 용액을 함침시키는 공정, 상기 단량체 용액을 함침시키는 공정 후에 콘덴서 소자를 열처리하는 공정, 및 상기 열처리하는 공정 후에 콘덴서 소자에 산화제 용액을 함침시키는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 휘발성 용매로서 탄화수소류, 에테르류, 에스테르류, 케톤류, 알코올류, 질소 화합물 중에서 선택된 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 휘발성 용매로서 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤 중에서 선택된 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 용액을 함침시키는 공정 중에서 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 휘발성 용매를 개별적으로 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 용액을 함침시키는 공정 중에서 3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜과 휘발성 용매를 1:1 내지 1:3의 체적비로 혼합한 단량체 용액을 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
