Claims (10)
- 다공성 고분자 기재; 및 상기 다공성 고분자 기재의 적어도 일면 상에 위치하고, 무기물 입자 및 바인더 고분자를 포함하는 다공성 코팅층을 구비하고, 상기 바인더 고분자가 PVdF계 바인더 고분자를 포함하며, X선 회절(XRD) 분석에서 상기 PVdF계 바인더 고분자는 2θ가 18.2±0.2°인 위치에서 제1 피크 및 2θ가 19.8±0.2°인 위치에서 제2 피크를 갖고, 상기 제1피크의 면적에 대한 상기 제2피크의 면적의 비(제2피크의 면적/제1피크의 면적)가 1.25 이상 2.75 미만이고,
상기 PVdF계 바인더 고분자는 제1 PVdF계 바인더 고분자와 제2 PVdF계 바인더 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 PVdF계 바인더 고분자가 상기 다공성 코팅층에 포함된 바인더 고분자의 총량을 기준으로 5 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 PVdF계 바인더 고분자가 상기 다공성 코팅층에 포함된 바인더 고분자의 총량을 기준으로 12 내지 35 중량%의 양으로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 PVdF계 바인더 고분자가 PVdF-HFP (폴리(비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌))인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 PVdF계 바인더 고분자가 PVdF-TFE (폴리(비닐리덴 플루오라이드-테트라플루오로에틸렌)), PVdF-TrFE (폴리(비닐리덴 플루오라이드-트리플루오로에틸렌)) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 PVdF-TFE 또는 PVdF-TrFE 각각에서 TFE 및 TrFE의 치환율이 5 내지 50 mol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 PVdF-TFE 또는 PVdF-TrFE 각각에서 TFE 및 TrFE의 치환율이 10 내지 30 mol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 코팅층은 인접한 무기물 입자들이 실질적으로 면접하여 한정되는 공간인 무기물 입자간 인터스티셜 볼륨(interstitial volume)을 포함하고, 상기 무기물 입자 사이의 인터스티셜 볼륨은 빈 공간이 되어 다공성 코팅층의 기공을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막.
- 양극, 음극, 및 양극과 음극 사이에 개재된 분리막을 포함하는 리튬이차전지에 있어서, 상기 분리막이 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 리튬이차전지용 분리막인 리튬이차전지.
