도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물의 압축강도를 측정한 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물의 경화시간을 측정한 결과이다.
Claims (7)
- 글래스 아이오노머(glass ionomer) 65 내지 70 wt%, 실리카(silica) 5 내지 10 wt%, 2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) 10 내지 15 wt%, 글리세롤 디메타크릴레이트(glycerol dimethacrylate) 1 내지 5 wt%, 우레탄 디메타크릴레이트(urethane dimethacylate) 1 내지 5 wt%, 비스페놀 A-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트(bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate) 1 내지 5 wt%, 캄포퀴논(camphorquinone) 0.05 내지 0.1 wt%, 에틸-4-디메틸아미노벤조에이트(ethyl-4-dimethylaminobenzoate) 0.1 내지 0.5 wt%, 부틸레이트 하이드록시톨루엔(butylated hydroxytoluene) 0.01 내지 0.05 wt% 및 2-피리딜 티오우레아(2-pyridyl thiourea) 0.5 내지 1.0 wt%로 이루어진 레진 페이스트; 및
지르코늄 실리케이트(Zirconium Silicate) 25 내지 30 wt%, 실리카 10 내지 15 wt%, 2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) 30 내지 35 wt%, 폴리아크릴산(polyacrylic acid) 10 내지 15 wt%, 4-메타크릴옥시에틸 트리멜리테이트 무수물(4-methacryloxyethyl trimellitate anhydride) 5 내지 10 wt%, t-부틸 하이드로퍼옥사이드(tert-butyl hydroperoxide) 0.1 내지 0.5 wt%, 부틸레이트 하이드록시톨루엔(butylated hydroxytoluene) 0.1 내지 0.5 wt% 및 물 10 내지 15 wt%로 이루어진 산성 페이스트를 포함하는 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물.

상기 레진 페이스트와 상기 산성 페이스트는 1:1의 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물.

상기 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물은 상기 지르코니아 필러를 포함함으로써 접착강도가 40 내지 60% 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지르코니아 필러의 입자 크기는 50 내지 100 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물은 광중합, 자가중합 또는 산-염기반응에 의해 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물.
