- 액상의 매체와, 상기 매체 중에 분산된 흡수 미립자와, 아인산에스테르계 화합물을 포함하는 흡수 미립자 분산액으로서,
상기 흡수 미립자는, 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은, Li, Cs, Rb, K 중 1종류 이상이고, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.0≤z/y≤3)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자이며,
상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물은, 2,4,8,10-테트라-t-부틸-6-[3-(3-메틸-4-히드록시-5-t-부틸페닐)프로폭시]디벤조[d,f][1,3,2]디옥사포스페핀이며, 또한, 상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물의 첨가량이, 상기 흡수 미립자 100질량부에 대하여 2000질량부를 초과하고 50000질량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산액. - 제1항에 있어서, 추가로, 상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물 이외의 인산계 안정제, 힌더드페놀계 안정제, 술피드계 안정제, 금속 불활성화제로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 안정제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자가, 육방정의 결정 구조를 갖는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자의 결정자 직경이 1㎚ 이상 200㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자의 표면이, Si, Ti, Zr, Al, Zn의 어느 1종류 이상의 원소를 함유하는 화합물로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자를 분산하는 매체가 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산액.
- 매체 중에 분산된 흡수 미립자와, 아인산에스테르계 화합물을 포함하는 흡수 미립자 분산체로서,
상기 흡수 미립자는, 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은, Li, Cs, Rb, K 중 1종류 이상이고, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.0≤z/y≤3)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자이고,
상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물은, 2,4,8,10-테트라-t-부틸-6-[3-(3-메틸-4-히드록시-5-t-부틸페닐)프로폭시]디벤조[d,f][1,3,2]디옥사포스페핀이며, 또한, 상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물의 첨가량이, 상기 흡수 미립자 100질량부에 대하여 2000질량부를 초과하고 50000질량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산체. - 제7항에 있어서, 추가로, 상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물 이외의 인산계 안정제, 힌더드페놀계 안정제, 술피드계 안정제, 금속 불활성화제로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 안정제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산체.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자가, 육방정의 결정 구조를 갖는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산체.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자의 결정자 직경이 1㎚ 이상 200㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산체.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자의 표면이, Si, Ti, Zr, Al, Zn의 어느 1종류 이상의 원소를 함유하는 화합물로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산체.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자를 분산하는 매체가 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산체.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 미립자를 분산하는 매체가, 폴리카르보네이트 수지, 아크릴 수지, 올레핀 수지, 폴리스티렌 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 불소 수지, 염화비닐 수지, 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산체.
- 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은, Li, Cs, Rb, K 중 1종류 이상이고, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.0≤z/y≤3)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자인 흡수 미립자와,
물, 유기 용제, 액상 수지, 유지, 상기 수지용의 액상 가소제, 고분자 단량체, 또는 이들 군에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 혼합하고, 분산 처리를 행하여 흡수 미립자의 분산액을 얻는 공정과,
상기 분산액을 교반하면서, 상기 흡수 미립자 100질량부에 대하여 2000질량부를 초과하고 50000질량부 이하의 아인산에스테르계 화합물을 첨가하는 공정과,
상기 첨가 후에도 상기 교반을 계속하여, 표면이 상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물로 피복된 상기 흡수 미립자의 분산액을 얻는 공정을 갖고,
상기 아인산에스테르계 화합물은, 2,4,8,10-테트라-t-부틸-6-[3-(3-메틸-4-히드록시-5-t-부틸페닐)프로폭시]디벤조[d,f][1,3,2]디옥사포스페핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 미립자 분산액의 제조 방법. - 삭제
