Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 열교환기에는, 다수의 튜브채널을 가지는 냉매튜브; 상기 냉매튜브의 양측에 구비되는 복수의 헤더; 및 상기 복수의 헤더 중 일 헤더와, 상기 냉매튜브의 사이에 구비되는 분배기가 포함되며, 상기 분배기에는, 상기 냉매튜브가 결합되는 개구부; 및 냉매의 유입 또는 배출을 가이드 하는 입출부를 가지는 차폐벽이 포함된다.

Claims (16)
- 냉매가 유동하며, 다수의 튜브채널을 가지는 냉매튜브;
상기 냉매튜브의 양측에 구비되는 제1헤더 및 제2헤더;
상기 제1헤더 및 제2헤더 중 일 헤더와, 상기 냉매튜브의 사이에 구비되는 분배기가 포함되며,
상기 분배기는,
상기 제 1 헤더에 결합되는 제 1 분배기; 및
상기 제 2 헤더에 결합되는 제 2 분배기가 포함되고,
상기 제1분배기 및 상기 제2분배기 각각은,
상기 분배기의 일측부를 형성하며, 상기 냉매튜브가 결합되는 개구부; 및
상기 분배기의 타측부를 형성하며, 냉매의 유입 또는 배출을 가이드 하는 입출부를 가지는 차폐벽이 포함되며,
상기 제 1 분배기는 다수 개가 구비되고,
상기 다수의 제 1 분배기에는,
상기 제 1 헤더의 상부에 연결되며, 상기 제 1 헤더로부터 냉매를 유입시키기 위한 제 1 유입부를 가지는 제 1 상부분배기; 및
상기 제 1 헤더의 하부에서 상기 제 1 상부분배기의 결합방향과 반대되도록 연결되며, 상기 냉매튜브로부터 냉매를 배출시키기 위한 제 2 유출부를 가지는 제 1 하부분배기가 포함되며,
상기 제 2 분배기는 다수 개가 구비되고,
상기 다수의 제 2 분배기에는,
상기 제 2 헤더의 상부에 연결되며, 상기 냉매튜브로부터 냉매를 배출시키기 위한 제 1 유출부를 가지는 제 2 상부분배기; 및
상기 제 2 헤더의 하부에서 상기 제 2 상부분배기의 결합방향과 반대되도록 연결되며, 상기 제 2 헤더로부터 냉매를 유입시키기 위한 제 2 유입부를 가지는 제 2 하부분배기가 포함되는 열교환기. - 삭제

상기 분배기의 일측부 및 상기 분배기의 타측부는 상기 분배기의 양측 단부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분배기에는,
상기 차폐벽으로부터 연장되며, 상기 분배기 내부를 구획하는 분배리브가 포함되고,
상기 분배리브에 구획된 다수의 가이드 채널을 포함하는 열교환기. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 채널의 일방향 폭(w1)은, 상기 튜브채널의 일방향 폭(w2)보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 채널의 일방향 폭(w1)은, 상기 튜브채널의 일방향 폭(w2)의 2배를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 삭제
