Claims (7)
- 외곽의 적어도 일부가 곡선구간을 포함하고, 데이터라인이 연결되는 화소들이 배치되는 표시영역;
상기 표시영역 밖의 베젤 영역에 배치되고, 인에이블신호에 응답하여 상기 데이터라인에 테스트전압을 공급하는 스위치 소자들;
상기 베젤 영역에서 상기 스위치들과 이격된 영역에 배치되고, 게이트 라인을 통해 상기 화소들에 게이트 펄스를 공급하는 게이트 구동부; 및
검사 패드부와 상기 스위치 소자들을 연결하는 검사 배선들을 포함하고,
상기 검사 배선들은 상기 곡선구간을 따라 수평부와 수직부를 갖는 계단 형태로 배치되고,
상기 스위치 소자들은 상기 검사 배선들을 따라 배치되고, 상기 수직부와 평행한 방향으로 서로 이웃하게 배치되는 제1 및 제2 스위치 소자들을 포함하며,
상기 제1 스위치 소자는 제1 데이터 라인에 접속된 제1 소스 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제1 스위치 소자의 하부에 배치되는 상기 제2 스위치 소자는 제2 데이터 라인에 접속된 제2 소스 전극을 구비하며,
상기 제1 소스 전극 및 상기 제2 소스 전극은 서로 접속되지 않도록 상기 수직부와 평행한 동일 축 상에 배치되는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 검사 배선들은 상기 표시영역의 하부에 배치되고,
상기 스위치 소자들은 상기 표시영역과 상기 검사 배선들 사이에서 상기 검사 배선들의 수직부에 배치되는 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 스위치 소자는 상기 제1 및 제2 소스전극의 일측에 배치되는 제1 게이트전극 및 제1 드레인전극을 공유함으로써, 동일한 인에이블 신호에 응답하여 동일한 테스트전압을 각각 제1 데이터라인 및 제2 데이터라인으로 공급하는 표시장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 스위치 소자들은,
상기 제1 소스전극을 공유하는 제3 스위치 소자를 더 포함하고,
상기 제3 스위치 소자는 상기 제1 스위치 소자와 다른 테스트 전압을 상기 제1 소스전극을 통해서 상기 제1 데이터라인에 공급하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 소스전극 및 상기 제2 데이터 라인은 링크 패턴으로 연결되며,
상기 링크 패턴은 상기 제1 소스전극, 제1 게이트전극 및 제1 드레인전극과 분리되는 금속층에 배치되는 표시장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 링크 패턴은 상기 제1 게이트전극을 덮는 게이트 절연막 상에 배치되고,
상기 제2 소스전극은 상기 링크 패턴을 덮는 층간 절연막 상에 배치되며,
상기 링크 패턴 및 상기 제2 소스전극은 상기 층간 절연막을 관통하는 컨택홀을 통해서 접속되는 표시장치.
