Claims (3)
- 유로 내에서 회전 가능하게 지지되는 임펠러와,
상기 임펠러의 회전에 따른 자기(磁氣)의 변화를 검지하는 GMR 센서와,
상기 GMR 센서에 자계를 인가하는 마그넷을 구비하고,
상기 임펠러가 자화되지 않은 자성체로 이루어지며, 상기 GMR 센서와 상기 마그넷이 동일한 센서 기판상에 상기 임펠러의 회전 반경 방향으로 직렬로 실장되어 상기 유로의 외부에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 GMR 센서가 상기 센서 기판의 유로측에 배치되고, 상기 마그넷이 상기 센서 기판의 반대측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량계. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 GMR 센서는, 상기 센서 기판상에, 상기 임펠러의 회전 방향으로 간격을 두고 2개의 GMR 소자가 배치되어 휘트스톤 브릿지가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량계. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 임펠러를 구성하는 회전축과 복수개의 날개부가 자화되지 않은 자성체를 재료로 하는 메탈 인젝션 몰딩에 의해 일체 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량계.
