Claims (9)
- 제1 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함한 코어층; 및
상기 코어층의 양면에 형성된 제2 폴리에스테르 수지 및 안티블로킹제를 포함한, 적어도 1이상의 스킨층;을 포함하며,
MD와 TD의 연신속도 및 연신비율에 대한 관계식인 하기 식 1 및 식 2로 표시되는 조건을 만족하는 범위 내에서, 폭 방향을 기준으로 하여, 마이크로파 방식 분자 배향기로 측정된 배향각이 식 3을 만족하고, 위상차 측정기로 590㎚에서 측정된 면내 위상차 표준편차(Re 표준편차)가 식 4를 만족하는,
폴리에스테르 다층 필름:

45,000%/min. ≤ MDs ≤ 55,000%/min.

4,500%/min. ≤ TDs ≤ 5,500%/min.

(상기 식 1에서, MDs는 하기 식 5에 의해 계산되는 기계방향의 연신속도이고,

상기 식 5에서, S1st 및 S2nd는 제1 내지 제3의 연신롤을 구비한 2단 연신 공정에서의 식 6 및 7로 표시되는 각 구간별 연신속도(%/min)이고,

상기 식 6 및 7에서,
E1 및 E2는 각각 상기 2단 연신 공정의 각 구간에서의 연신배율(%)이고,
R1, R2, 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 개별 연신롤(R/L)의 회전 속도 (m/min)이고,
L1은 제1 연신롤에서 제2연신롤 사이의 거리(m)이고, L2는 제2 연신롤에서 제3연신롤 사이의 거리(m)이고,
상기 식 2에서, TDs는 하기 식 8에 의해 계산되는 폭 방향의 연식속도이다.

TD 연신속도 = E/(L/LSP)
(상기 식 8에서, E는 제1 내지 제3의 연신롤을 구비한 2단 연신공정 후, 텐터식 연신공정에서의 복수의 연신 존에서의 연신배율(%)이고,
L은 복수의 연신 존의 총길이(m)이고,
LSP는 텐터식 연신 공정에서의 선속도(Line speed) (m/min)이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 하기 식 9를 만족하는 폴리에스테르 다층 필름:

15㎚ ≤ Ra ≤ 25㎚
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어층이 전체 필름의 70 내지 90중량%이고, 스킨층이 전체 필름의 10 내지 30 중량%인 폴리에스테르 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안티블로킹제는 유기입자, 무기입자 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 폴리에스테르 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 다층 필름은 19 내지 75㎛의 두께를 갖는 폴리에스테르 다층 필름
- a) i) 제1폴리에스테르 수지 칩과, ii) 제2 폴리에스테르 수지 칩 및 안티블로킹제를 포함한 조성물을 이용하여, 코어층 및 상기 코어층의 양면에 적어도 1층 이상의 스킨층이 포함된 다층이 되도록, 공압출하고 30℃ 이하로 급냉하여 미연신 시트를 제조하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 미연신 시트를 축차 이축 연신하여 필름을 제조하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 이축 연신된 필름을 열고정하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 축차 이축 연신하여 필름을 제조하는 단계는,
상기 미연신 시트를 85 ~ 110 ℃에서 기계방향으로 45,000~55,000%/min.의 속도로 2 ~ 5배 1차 종연신하는 단계; 및
상기 1차 연신된 시트를 95 ~ 140 ℃에서 폭방향으로 4,500~5,500%/min.의 속도로 2 ~ 5배 2차 횡연신하는 단계;를 포함하는
제1항의 폴리에스테르 다층 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 필름을 열고정하는 단계는
상기 2차 연신된 필름을 제1 열처리 존 내지 제5 열처리 존을 포함한 총 5개의 열처리 존에서 200 ~ 250℃로 열고정하면서, 제4 열처리 존에서부터 제5 열처리 존까지의 MD 이완율과 TD 이완율의 총 이완율이 1 내지 5%가 되도록 이완하는 단계를 포함하는,
폴리에스테르 다층 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 i) 제1폴리에스테르 수지 칩과, ii) 제2 폴리에스테르 수지 칩은 고유점도가 0.6 ~ 0.7㎗/g인 폴리에스테르 다층 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 안티블로킹제의 함량은 전체 필름 내 200 ~ 2,000ppm으로 포함하도록 첨가하는 폴리에스테르 다층 필름의 제조방법.
