Abstract
【解決手段】縦延伸工程での縦延伸倍率Xが2.8倍以上3.5倍以下、横延伸工程での横延伸倍率Yが3.8倍以上4.8倍以下の範囲であって、且つ、テンター28内における横延伸工程での熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの温度をT℃とし、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムのガラス転移温度をTg℃としたときに、次式:X≧0.25Y+2.0+(T−(Tg+50))/400、を満たすことを特徴とする二軸延伸熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法。

Description
このように、上記した縦延伸工程部12では、その縦延伸倍率Xを2.8倍以上3.5倍以下として縦延伸倍率を低目にし、横延伸工程部16での横延伸倍率Yを3.8倍以上4.8倍以下として高くすることで、製膜工程部10において発生したフィルム幅方向の厚みムラを効果的に改善できる。
また、本発明の満足する条件は下記(a)〜(c)である。
Claims (4)
- 溶融した熱可塑性樹脂をダイにより冷却ドラムに押出してキャスト製膜する製膜工程と、前記製膜された未延伸の熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを縦方向に延伸する縦延伸工程と、前記縦延伸された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムをテンター内において横方向に延伸する横延伸工程とを有する二軸延伸熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法において、
前記縦延伸工程での縦延伸倍率Xが2.8倍以上3.5倍以下、前記横延伸工程での横延伸倍率Yが3.8倍以上4.8倍以下の範囲であって、
且つ、前記テンター内における横延伸工程での前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの温度をT℃とし、前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムのガラス転移温度をTg℃としたときに、下記式
X≧0.25Y+2.0+(T−(Tg+50))/400
を満たすことを特徴とする二軸延伸熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムは、ポリエステルフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二軸延伸熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの延伸前の厚さは、1400μm以上4000μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の二軸延伸熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二軸延伸熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法により製造されたことを特徴とする光学フィルム用ベースフィルム。
