Description
도 1B는 리칭 온도 23℃인 경우의 리칭 시간과 경화 필름의 피로 내구성의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 2A는 리칭 온도 50℃인 경우의 경화 필름 중의 칼륨 및 칼슘의 합계 함유량과 경화 필름의 피로 내구성의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 2B는 리칭 온도 23℃인 경우의 경화 필름 중의 칼륨 및 칼슘의 합계 함유량과 경화 필름의 피로 내구성의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 피로 내구성 시험 장치의 일례를 모식적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 장갑의 제조 방법으로서,
(1) 장갑 성형형에 칼슘 이온을 포함하는 응고제를 부착시키는 공정,
(2) 딥 성형용 조성물을 교반하는 분산 공정,
(3) 상기 (1)의 응고제가 부착된 장갑 성형형을 상기 딥 성형용 조성물 중에 침지하여, 장갑 성형형에 딥 성형용 조성물을 응집, 부착시키는 디핑 공정,
(4) 딥 성형용 조성물이 부착된 장갑 성형형을 40∼120℃의 조건하에서, 20초∼4분 방치하여, 장갑 성형형 상에 경화 필름 전구체를 형성하는 게링 공정,
(5) 장갑 성형형 상에 형성된 경화 필름 전구체를 40∼70℃의 물로 1.5분 이상 4분 이하 세정하는 리칭 공정,
(6) 장갑의 소맷부리 부분에 롤을 만드는 비딩 공정,
(7) 비딩 공정을 거친 경화 필름 전구체를 100∼140℃의 조건하에서, 15∼30분 가열·건조시켜, 경화 필름을 얻는 큐어링 공정을 포함하고,
(3)∼(7)의 공정을 상기 순서로 실시하여,
상기 딥 성형용 조성물이
(메타)아크릴로니트릴 유래의 구조 단위, 불포화 카르본산 유래의 구조 단위 및 부타디엔 유래의 구조 단위를 폴리머 주쇄에 포함하는 엘라스토머와,
폴리카르보디이미드와,
수산화칼륨과,
물을 적어도 포함하고,
상기 엘라스토머에서의 (메타)아크릴로니트릴 유래의 구조 단위가 20∼40중량%, 불포화 카르본산 유래의 구조 단위가 1∼10중량% 및 부타디엔 유래의 구조 단위가 50∼75중량%이며, 상기 폴리카르보디이미드는 분자 구조 내에 친수성 세그먼트를 포함하는 폴리카르보디이미드를 적어도 1종 포함하는 것으로,
그 첨가량이 딥 성형용 조성물의 고형분 전량에 대하여 0.2중량%를 넘고 4.0중량% 이하이며,
pH가 9.5∼10.5이고,
상기 폴리카르보디이미드의 카르보디이미드 당량이 260~440인 장갑의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
(3) 및 (4)의 공정을 2회 이상 실시하는 장갑의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
금속 가교제로서 산화 아연 및/또는 알루미늄 착체를, 딥 성형용 조성물의 고형분 전량에 대해서 0.2~7.0중량% 포함하는 장갑의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리카르보디이미드의 1분자당의 카르보디이미드 관능기수가 5이상이고, 상기 폴리카르보디이미드로 구성되는 미셀의 평균 입자 직경이 5∼30nm인 장갑의 제조 방법. - 삭제
