- 폴리에스테르 기재필름의 일면 또는 양면에 이형코팅층이 형성되며,
상기 이형코팅층은 하기 화학식 1 및 2의 화합물 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 성분과, 화학식 3의 화합물, 백금계 촉매 및 하기 식 3 및 4를 만족하는 제2 입자를 포함하는 이형필름:

(상기 화학식 2에서, n은 20 내지 3000, m은 1 내지 50이고, a는 3 내지 100이다.)
[화학식 3]
(상기 화학식 3에서, a는 1 ~ 150이고, b는 3 ~ 300이고, a+b는 5 ~ 300이다.)
0.01 ≤ Pa ≤ 1.5 (식 3)
0.03 ≤ Dmax ≤ 2.0 (식 4)
(상기 식 3 및 4에서, Pa는 입자의 평균입경(㎛)이고, Dmax는 입자의 최대입자경(㎛)을 의미한다.) - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르 기재필름은 하기 식 1 및 2를 만족하는 제1입자를 포함하는 이형필름.
Pa ≤ 0.6 (식 1)
Dmax ≤ 2.5 (식 2)
(상기 식 1 및 2에서, Pa는 입자의 평균입경(㎛)이고, Dmax는 입자의 최대입자경(㎛)을 의미한다.) - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이형코팅층은 알코올계 용매, 웨팅제 및 슬립제 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 성분을 더 포함하는 이형필름. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 이형코팅층은 건조도포두께가 0.07 ~ 0.3㎛인 이형필름. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 입자 및 제2 입자는 무기입자, 유기입자 또는 무기입자와 유기입자의 혼합물이며, 1종 또는 2종 이상을 혼합한 것인 이형필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 입자의 함량은 이형코팅층 내 0.1 내지 10중량%인 이형필름 - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 입자의 함량은 필름 전체 중량 중 0.25 중량% 이하인 이형필름. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 무기입자는 탄산칼슘, 알루미나, 티타니아, 실리카, 황산바륨, 운모, 고령토로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이고, 상기 유기입자는 실리콘 수지, 가교디비닐벤젠폴리메타아크릴레이트, 가교폴리메타아크릴레이트, 가교폴리스타이렌수지, 벤조구아나민-포름알데히드수지, 벤조구아나민-멜라민-포름알데히드수지 및 멜라민-포름알데히드수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 이형필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르 기재필름은 최대 산 높이 표면조도(Rp)가 0.1 ~ 0.3㎛인 이형필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르 기재필름은 헤이즈가 0.3~ 10%인 이형필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르 기재필름은 두께가 10 ~ 75㎛인 이형필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이형필름은 점착테이프를 접착한 상태에서 70℃에서 24시간 동안 유지시킨 후, 점착테이프를 제거하고, 테프론 시트에 합지시킨 후 하기 식 6에 따라 계산된 잔류 점착율이 90% 이상인 이형필름.
잔류 점착율 = 70℃에서 24시간 동안 에이징 후 점착테이프의 점착력 / 초기 점착테이프의 점착력 × 100 (식 5) - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이형코팅층은 인라인 코팅방법으로 도포되어 형성된 것인 이형필름. - a) 폴리에스테르 수지를 용융압출하여 시트로 제조하는 단계,
b) 상기 시트를 80 ~ 150℃에서 종방향으로 3 ~ 5배 연신하는 단계;
c) 종방향으로 일축연신 된 폴리에스테르 기재필름의 일면 또는 양면에 인라인 코팅방법으로 하기 화학식 1 및 2의 화합물 중에서 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 성분과, 화학식 3의 화합물 및 백금계 촉매 및 하기 식 3 및 4를 만족하는 제2 입자를 포함하는 이형코팅 조성물을 도포하는 단계;
d) 상기 이형코팅 조성물이 도포된 필름을 130 ~ 150℃에서 건조 및 예열한 후, 횡방향으로 3 ~ 4배 연신하여 이형코팅층이 형성된 이형필름을 제조하는 단계; 및
e) 열처리하는 단계;

상기 c)단계에서 이형코팅 조성물 도포 시 그라비아 롤을 이용하여 도포하는 것인 이형필름의 제조방법. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 이형필름은 폴리에스테르 기재필름의 두께가 10 ~ 75㎛이고, 이형코팅층의 건조도포두께가 0.07 ~ 0.3㎛인 이형필름의 제조방법. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 e)단계에서, 열처리는 230 ~ 250℃에서 수행하는 것인 이형필름의 제조방법.
