Claims (12)
- SiO 입자 상에 제1 탄소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 탄소 코팅층이 형성된 SiO 입자를 금속 환원제 및 탄소계 물질과 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 제1 열처리하여 SiO 입자를 환원시키는 단계; 및
상기 탄소계 물질 및 상기 제1 탄소 코팅층을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계에 있어서,
상기 SiO 입자의 평균 입경(D50)은 0.1㎛ 내지 30㎛인 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계에 있어서,
상기 SiO 입자와 제1 탄소 코팅층의 중량비는 99.5:0.5 내지 70:30인 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 제조하는 단계에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은 상기 SiO 입자와 상기 금속 환원제를 98:2 내지 50:50의 중량비로 포함하는 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속 환원제는 Mg, Li, Ca 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 제조하는 단계에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은 상기 SiO 입자와 상기 탄소계 물질을 99:1 내지 80:20의 중량비로 포함하는 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소계 물질은 천연흑연, 인조흑연, 소프트카본, 하드카본 및 비정질 탄소 소재로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소계 물질의 평균 입경(D50)은 0.1㎛ 내지 50㎛인 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 제1 열처리하여 SiO 입자를 환원시키는 단계는,
상기 혼합물을 비활성 분위기에서 500℃ 내지 1100℃에서 0.5시간 내지 24시간 동안 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소계 물질 및 상기 제1 탄소 코팅층을 제거하는 단계는,
상기 제1 열처리된 혼합물을 대기 분위기 또는 산소 분위기에서 500℃ 내지 650℃에서 10분 내지 120분 동안 제2 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소계 물질 및 상기 제1 탄소 코팅층을 제거하는 단계 이후, 상기 환원된 SiO 입자 상에 제2 탄소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 제2 탄소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계에 있어서,
상기 환원된 SiO 입자와 상기 제2 탄소 코팅층의 중량비는 99.5:0.5 내지 70:30인 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
