Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- (I) 연속 상으로서의, 적어도 3종의 폴리올 A1a, A1b 및 A1c로 이루어진 폴리올 혼합물 A1을 함유하는 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물 A, 및
(II) 분산 상으로서의 적어도 1종의 물리적 발포제 T
를 포함하며, 여기서
(i) A1a는 에폭시를 탄수화물 및 이관능성 또는 고관능성 알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 출발 화합물(들)에 첨가하여 얻은, 15 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 550 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 6.0의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올이고;
(ii) A1b는 에폭시를 방향족 아민에 첨가하여 얻은, 100 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 550 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 5.0의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올이고;
(iii) A1c는 에폭시를 방향족 디카르복실산 유도체 및 이관능성 또는 고관능성 알콜의 에스테르화 생성물에 첨가하여 얻은, 100 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 450 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 3.5의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리에테르 폴리올인 에멀젼. - 제1항에 있어서, 물리적 발포제 T의 액적의 평균 크기가 ≥0.1 ㎛ 내지 ≤20 ㎛이고, 액적 크기가 명시야 투과 방식으로 작동하는 광학 현미경을 사용하여 측정된 것인 에멀젼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물리적 발포제 T의 액적의 평균 크기가 ≥0.1 ㎛ 내지 ≤15 ㎛이고, 액적 크기가 명시야 투과 방식으로 작동하는 광학 현미경을 사용하여 측정된 것인 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올 A1a가 수크로스, 수크로스와 프로필렌 글리콜의 혼합물, 수크로스와 에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물, 수크로스와 프로필렌 글리콜과 에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물, 소르비톨, 또는 소르비톨과 글리세롤의 혼합물로부터 출발한 폴리에테르 폴리올인 에멀젼.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올 A1b가 오르토-, 메타- 또는 파라-톨루일렌 디아민, 또는 이성질체 톨루일렌 디아민의 혼합물로부터 출발한 폴리에테르 폴리올인 에멀젼.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리에테르 폴리올 A1c가 에폭시를 1,2-프로판디올, 디프로필렌 글리콜 및 그의 고급 동족체, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 1,7-헵탄디올, 1,8-옥탄디올, 1,9-노난디올, 1,10-데칸디올, 1,11-운데칸디올, 1,12-도데칸디올 및 그의 고급 동족체, 2-메틸 프로판디올-1,3, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 3-메틸 펜탄디올-1,5, 글리세롤, 펜타에리트리톨, 1,1,1-트리메틸올프로판 및 5 내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄수화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이관능성 또는 고관능성 알콜과 프탈산 유도체의 에스테르화 생성물에 첨가하여 얻은 폴리에스테르 폴리에테르 폴리올인 에멀젼.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 혼합물 A1이
(iv) 지방족 아민 또는 다가 알콜로부터 출발하고, 500 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 1000 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 5.0의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 A1d
를 추가로 포함하는 것인 에멀젼. - 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 혼합물 A1이
(v) 이관능성 내지 사관능성 아민-유형 또는 알콜성 사슬 연장제 또는 가교제
를 추가로 포함하는 것인 에멀젼. - 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물리적 발포제 T가 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소, 할로겐화 에테르 및 과플루오린화 탄화수소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분으로부터 선택된 것인 에멀젼.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물 A가
(vi) 물 A2;
(vii) 폴리에테르-폴리디메틸 실록산 공중합체의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 안정화제 A3; 및
(viii) 트리에틸렌디아민, N,N-디메틸시클로헥실아민, 디시클로헥실-메틸아민, 테트라메틸렌디아민, 1-메틸-4-디메틸아미노에틸 피페라진, 트리에틸아민, 트리부틸아민, 디메틸벤질아민, N,N',N"-트리스-(디메틸아미노프로필)헥사히드로트리아진, 트리스-(디메틸아미노프로필)아민, 트리스(디메틸아미노메틸)페놀, 디메틸아미노프로필 포름아미드, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸 에틸렌디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸 부탄디아민, 테트라메틸 헥산디아민, 펜타메틸 디에틸렌트리아민, 펜타메틸 디프로필렌트리아민, 테트라메틸 디아미노에틸 에테르, 디메틸 피페라진, 1,2-디메틸 이미다졸, 1-아자비시클로[3.3.0]옥탄, 비스-(디메틸아미노프로필) 우레아, N-메틸모르폴린, N-에틸모르폴린, 나트륨-N-[(2-히드록시-5-노닐페닐)메틸]-N-메틸아미노아세테이트, N-시클로헥실 모르폴린, 2,3-디메틸-3,4,5,6-테트라히드로피리미딘, 트리에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리이소프로판올아민, N-메틸 디에탄올아민, N-에틸 디에탄올아민 및 디메틸 에탄올아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 촉매 A4
를 추가로 포함하는 것인 에멀젼. - 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A1:T의 질량비가 ≥5:1 내지 ≤12:1인 에멀젼.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 A1이 ≥1000 mPas 내지 ≤18000 mPas의, 25℃에서의 EN ISO 3219에 따른 점도를 갖는 것인 에멀젼.
- 이소시아네이트 성분 B를 제1항에 따른 에멀젼과 반응시키는, 폴리우레탄-함유 중합체 C의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 성분 B가
a) 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 폴리페닐 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트, 크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 나프틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 디이소시아네이토디시클로헥실메탄 및 이소포론 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 이소시아네이트 B1, 또는
b) 적어도 1종의 폴리이소시아네이트 B1 및 하기 폴리올 b.1), b.2), b.3), b.4) 및 b.5) 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물로부터 생성된 이소시아네이트-종결된 예비중합체 B2:
b.1) 에폭시를 탄수화물 및 이관능성 또는 고관능성 알콜로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 출발 화합물(들)에 첨가하여 얻은, 15 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 550 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 6.0의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 (A1a);
b.2) 에폭시를 방향족 아민에 첨가하여 얻은, 100 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 550 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 5.0의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 (A1b);
b.3) 에폭시를 방향족 디카르복실산 유도체 및 이관능성 또는 고관능성 알콜의 에스테르화 생성물에 첨가하여 얻은, 100 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 450 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 3.5의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리에테르 폴리올 (A1c);
b.4) 500 ㎎ KOH/g 내지 1000 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1.5 내지 5.0의 관능가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 (A1d);
b.5) ≥1.0 내지 8.0의 관능가 및 400 g/mol 내지 10,000 g/mol의 수평균 몰 질량을 갖는 폴리에테르 카보네이트 폴리올 (A1f), 또는
c) B1 및 B2의 혼합물
