Claims (15)
- 콘크리트의 구체(軀體)·기초에 형성되는 소정의 깊이 위치에 원통 형상의 확경부(擴徑部)를 갖는 앵커 구멍에 앵커링되는 후시공 앵커로서,
상기 앵커 구멍에 삽입되는 원통 형상의 앵커 본체와,
180° 점대칭 위치에 배설되어, 상기 확경부를 향해서 확개(擴開)하도록, 상기 앵커 본체에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치된 2개의 확개편과,
상기 2개의 확개편을 바깥쪽으로 각각 슬라이딩시키는 콘(cone)부를 구비하고,
상기 앵커 본체는, 지지 대상물을 위한 연결 볼트가 나사 결합하는 기단측의 볼트 지지부와, 상기 볼트 지지부보다 두껍게 형성된 선단측의 구체 정착부에 의해 일체로 형성되며,
상기 구체 정착부는, 상기 각 확개편을 슬라이딩 가능하게 유지함과 함께, 축 방향에 직교하는 단면이 직사각형인 2개의 가이드 개구부를 갖고,
상기 각 확개편은 상기 가이드 개구부와 상보적 형상이 되는 단면이 직사각형으로 형성되며,
상기 가이드 개구부의 폭은 상기 구체 정착부의 내경과 같은 치수로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 각 확개편의 선단면은, 상기 앵커 본체의 외주면을 따른 원호면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 각 확개편은, 계지(係止)측 선단부가 상기 앵커 본체의 외주면에 대해 비돌출 상태로 되도록, 상기 앵커 본체에 가(假)고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 콘부는, 상기 복수의 확개편을 반경 방향의 바깥쪽으로 이동시키는 콘부 본체와,
상기 앵커 본체의 내주면에 형성된 암나사부에 나사 결합하며, 상기 콘부 본체를 압입하는 수나사부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 콘부 본체는, 테이퍼 형상으로 형성된 테이퍼부를 포함하고,
상기 콘부 본체와 상기 수나사부는, 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 콘부 본체는, 상기 복수의 확개편에 대응하는 복수의 경사면을 갖는 쐐기부를 포함하고,
상기 콘부 본체와 상기 수나사부는, 별개로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 콘부는, 상기 복수의 확개편을 반경 방향의 바깥쪽으로 이동시키는 콘부 본체와,
머리부가 상기 앵커 본체의 내주면에 회전 가능하게 지지되며, 상기 콘부 본체에 대해 축 방향으로 나사 결합하는 볼트부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 앵커 본체의 선단부에는, 상기 콘부의 조여넣기에 수반하는 상기 앵커 본체의 연계 회전을 저지하는 회전 방지 돌기가 돌출 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 후시공 앵커의 시공 방법으로서,
상기 앵커 구멍의 파일럿 구멍부를 천공하는 천공 공정과,
상기 파일럿 구멍부에 상기 확경부를 형성하는 확경 공정과,
상기 후시공 앵커를, 상기 앵커 구멍에 삽입하는 삽입 공정과,
상기 콘부에 의해, 상기 복수의 확개편을 확개시키는 앵커링 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 후시공 앵커의 시공 방법. - 삭제
