Claims (11)
- 광유, 동식물 유지 및 합성 에스테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 기유(base oil),
분자량이 2000 이상 15000 이하이고 HLB가 5 내지 9인 계면 활성제, 및
중량 평균 분자량이 30000 이상 6000000 이하인 엘라스토머
를 구비하여 이루어지고,
상기 엘라스토머가 천연 고무, 우레탄 고무, 실리콘 고무, 불소 고무로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 열경화성 엘라스토머이고,
상기 기유 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 계면 활성제가 0.1 질량부 이상 10 질량부 이하 함유되고, 상기 엘라스토머가 0.05 질량부 이상 20 질량부 이하 함유되는 금속 압연유 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 유성제(oiliness agent)를 함유하여 이루어지는 금속 압연유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 산화 방지제를 함유하여 이루어지는 금속 압연유 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 산화 방지제를 함유하여 이루어지는 금속 압연유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제가 이하에 나타내는 계면 활성제 중 적어도 1종인 금속 압연유 조성물.
알칸술폰산나트륨염, 나프텐산나트륨 비누, 알킬벤젠술폰산나트륨염으로부터 선택되는 음이온 계면 활성제;
알킬트리메틸암모늄염, 디알킬디메틸암모늄클로라이드, 알킬피리디늄클로라이드로부터 선택되는 양이온 계면 활성제;
프로필렌글리콜과 에틸렌글리콜의 공중합체, 고급 지방산, 다가 지방산 및 중축합된 옥시 지방산 중 적어도 1종과 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 글리세린, 소르비톨로부터 선택되는 다가 알코올 중 적어도 1종의 모노에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르로부터 선택되는 비이온성 계면 활성제 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머의 중량 평균 분자량이 50000 이상 2500000 이하인 금속 압연유 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속 압연유 조성물이 수중에 분산되어 이루어지는 쿨런트(coolant)이며,
상기 금속 압연유 조성물은 상기 쿨런트 전체를 기준으로 하여 1 부피% 이상 10 부피% 이하 포함되고,
상기 금속 압연유 조성물의 수중에서의 평균 입경이 3μm 이상 11μm 이하인 쿨런트. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 금속 압연유 조성물의 수중에서의 평균 입경이 5μm 이상 9μm 이하인 쿨런트.
