Description

Claims (14)
- 패널 조립체(10)로서,
금속으로 제조되는 메인 패널(12);
금속으로 제조되고, 금속 성형 공정 동안 성형성을 보조하는 복수 개의 내부 성형부(30)를 포함하는 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16); 및
상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)를 상기 메인 패널(12)에 결합시키는 접착층(18)을 구비하고,
상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)는 상기 패널 조립체(10)의 소음이나 진동을 감쇠시키고,
상기 복수 개의 내부 성형부(30)는 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)의 내부에 위치되고, 상기 복수 개의 내부 성형부(30)는 개구(42), 홀(44), 슬릿(46) 또는 슬롯을 포함하는 제 1 내부 성형부 및 개구(42), 홀(44), 슬릿(46) 또는 슬롯을 포함하는 제 2 내부 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 내부 성형부들은 상이한 형태의 내부 성형부들인 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10). - 패널 조립체(10)로서,
금속으로 제조되는 메인 패널(12);
금속으로 제조되고, 금속 성형 공정 동안 성형성을 보조하는 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)를 포함하는 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16); 및
상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)를 상기 메인 패널(12)에 결합시키는 접착층(18)을 구비하고,
상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)는 상기 패널 조립체(10)의 소음이나 진동을 감쇠시키고,
상기 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)는 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)의 외주를 따라 위치되고, 상기 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)는 돌출부(50) 또는 리세스(52)를 포함하는 제 1 외부 성형부 및 돌출부(50) 또는 리세스(52)를 포함하는 제 2 외부 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 외부 성형부들은 상이한 형태의 외부 성형부들인 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층(18)은 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)를 상기 메인 패널(12)에 결합시키는 점탄성 접착제로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 성형부(30)는 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)의 팽창 구역에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 성형부(30)는 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)의 압축 구역에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)는 금속 성형 공정 동안 성형성을 보조하는 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)를 더 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)는 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)의 외주를 따라 위치되고, 상기 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)는 돌출부(50) 또는 리세스(52)를 포함하는 제 1 외부 성형부 및 돌출부(50) 또는 리세스(52)를 포함하는 제 2 외부 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 외부 성형부들은 상이한 형태의 외부 성형부들인 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10).
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 성형부(30)는 개구(42), 홀(44), 슬릿(46) 또는 슬롯이고, 상기 내부 성형부(30)는 돌출부(50)인 외부 성형부(32) 내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)를 상기 메인 패널(12)에 결합시키는 적어도 하나의 용접부(62)를 더 구비하고,
상기 내부 성형부(30)는 상기 용접부(62) 근처에 위치되어서 상기 내부 성형부(30)는 금속 성형 공정 동안 상기 용접부(62) 상의 일부 응력 또는 압력을 완화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 패널 조립체(10)로 제조되는 차량 휠 웰(20,22)로서, 상기 메인 패널(12)은 상기 휠 웰(20,22)을 성형하고 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)는 차량 휠(20,22)로부터 발산되는 소음이나 진동을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 휠 웰(20,22).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 상기 패널 조립체로 제조되는 차량 시트 터브(180)로서, 상기 메인 패널(152)은 상기 시트 터브(180)을 성형하고, 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(154)는 차량의 외부에서 발산되는 소음이나 진동을 감소시키는 특징으로 하는 차량 시트 터브(180).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 상기 패널 조립체로 제조되는 차량 대쉬 패널로서, 상기 메인 패널(200,250)은 대쉬 패널을 성형하고, 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(202,252,254)는 엔진부로부터 발산되는 소음이나 진동을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 대쉬 패널.
- 패널 조립체(10)를 성형하는 방법으로서,
(a)금속으로 제조되는 메인 패널(12)을 제공하는 단계;
(b)금속으로 제조되는 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)는 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)의 내부에 위치되고 금속 성형 공정 동안 성형성을 보조하는 복수 개의 내부 성형부(30)를 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 내부 성형부(30)는 개구(42), 홀(44), 슬릿(46) 또는 슬롯을 포함하는 제 1 내부 성형부 및 개구(42), 홀(44), 슬릿(46) 또는 슬롯을 포함하는 제 2 내부 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 내부 성형부들은 상이한 형태의 내부 성형부들인, 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)을 제공하는 단계; 및
(c)상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)를 상기 메인 패널(12)에 접착층(18)으로 결합시켜서 상기 패널 조립체(10)를 성형하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10)를 성형하는 방법. - 패널 조립체(10)를 성형하는 방법으로서,
(a)금속으로 제조되는 메인 패널(12)을 제공하는 단계;
(b)금속으로 제조되는 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)는 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)의 외주를 따라 위치되고 금속 성형 공정 동안 성형성을 보조하는 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)를 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 외부 성형부(32)는 돌출부(50) 또는 리세스(52)를 포함하는 제 1 외부 성형부 및 돌출부(50) 또는 리세스(52)를 포함하는 제 2 외부 성형부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 외부 성형부들은 상이한 형태의 외부 성형부들인, 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)을 제공하는 단계; 및
(c)상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)를 상기 메인 패널(12)에 접착층(18)으로 결합시켜서 상기 패널 조립체(10)를 성형하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10)를 성형하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 음향 감쇠 패치(14,16)를 상기 메인 패널(12)에 결합시키는 적어도 하나의 용접부(62)를 더 구비하고,
상기 외부 성형부(32)는 상기 용접부(62) 근처에 위치되어서 상기 외부 성형부(32)는 금속 성형 공정 동안 상기 용접부(62) 상의 일부 응력 또는 압력을 완화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 조립체(10).
