Claims (20)
- 총섬도가 25,000dtex 이상 45,000dtex 이하인 탄소섬유속과, 촙드 탄소섬유속의 전체 질량에 대하여 1질량% 이상 5질량% 이하의 사이징제를 포함하여 이루어지는 촙드 탄소섬유속으로서,
상기 탄소섬유속의 섬유 방향을 따르는 촙드 탄소섬유속의 길이(L)가 1mm 이상 50mm 이하,
상기 촙드 탄소섬유속의 섬유 방향에 대하여 수직한 단면의 장경(Dmax)과 단경(Dmin)의 비(Dmax/Dmin)가 6.0 이상 18.0 이하이고,
상기 촙드 탄소섬유속의 표면에 존재하는 단섬유의 배향 파라미터가 4.0 이하인 촙드 탄소섬유속. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 촙드 탄소섬유속의 섬유 방향을 따르는 길이(L)와, 상기 촙드 탄소섬유속의 섬유 방향에 대하여 수직한 단면에 있어서의 단경(Dmin)의 비(L/Dmin)가 5 이상 30 이하인 촙드 탄소섬유속. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 촙드 탄소섬유속의 부피 밀도가 200g/L 이상 650g/L 이하인 촙드 탄소섬유속. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 사이징제가 우레탄계 수지, 나일론계 수지, 변성 올레핀계 수지, 변성 에폭시계 수지 및 수용성 나일론계 수지 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 사이징제인 촙드 탄소섬유속. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 사이징제가 우레탄계 수지, 나일론계 수지, 변성 올레핀계 수지, 변성 에폭시계 수지 및 수용성 나일론계 수지 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 사이징제인 촙드 탄소섬유속. - 총섬도가 25,000dtex 이상 45,000dtex 이하인 탄소섬유속에 대하여, 30℃에서의 점도가 3000Pa·s 이하인 일차 사이징제를 0.3중량% 이상 1.5중량% 이하의 양을 부착시킨 후,
단위 평량당 탄소섬유속의 폭을 1/440mm/tex 이상 1/100mm/tex 이하의 범위로 하여, 이차 사이징제를 포함하는 사이징액을 부여하고,
상기 탄소섬유속을 절단하고, 이어서 상기 사이징액을 건조시키는,
제 1 항에 기재된 촙드 탄소섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 일차 사이징제가 에폭시계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 나일론계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리에스터계 수지 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상을 포함하는, 촙드 탄소섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 이차 사이징제가 우레탄계 수지, 나일론계 수지, 변성 올레핀계 수지, 변성 에폭시계 수지 및 수용성 나일론계 수지 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 열가소성 수지를 포함하는, 촙드 탄소섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 일차 사이징제와 상기 이차 사이징제를 포함하는 사이징제의 탄소섬유속에 대한 부착량이 1∼5질량%인, 촙드 탄소섬유속의 제조 방법. - 매트릭스 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 제 2 항에 기재된 촙드 탄소섬유속을 탄소섬유량으로 5질량부 이상 150질량부 이하를 배합하고, 그 후, 상기 매트릭스 수지와 상기 촙드 탄소섬유를 혼합하는 공정을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 매트릭스 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 제 3 항에 기재된 촙드 탄소섬유속을 탄소섬유량으로 5질량부 이상 150질량부 이하를 배합하고, 그 후, 상기 매트릭스 수지와 상기 촙드 탄소섬유를 혼합하는 공정을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 매트릭스 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 제 4 항에 기재된 촙드 탄소섬유속을 탄소섬유량으로 5질량부 이상 150질량부 이하를 배합하고, 그 후, 상기 매트릭스 수지와 상기 촙드 탄소섬유를 혼합하는 공정을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 매트릭스 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 제 5 항에 기재된 촙드 탄소섬유속을 탄소섬유량으로 5질량부 이상 150질량부 이하를 배합하고, 그 후, 상기 매트릭스 수지와 상기 촙드 탄소섬유를 혼합하는 공정을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스 수지가 폴리카보네이트 수지, 나일론 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리뷰틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, ABS 수지, 폴리옥시메틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지, 폴리에터설핀 수지 및 폴리에터이미드 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지, 및 그의 알로이계 수지 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스 수지가 폴리카보네이트 수지, 나일론 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리뷰틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, ABS 수지, 폴리옥시메틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지, 폴리에터설핀 수지 및 폴리에터이미드 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지, 및 그의 알로이계 수지 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스 수지가 폴리카보네이트 수지, 나일론 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리뷰틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, ABS 수지, 폴리옥시메틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지, 폴리에터설핀 수지 및 폴리에터이미드 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지, 및 그의 알로이계 수지 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스 수지가 폴리카보네이트 수지, 나일론 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리뷰틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, ABS 수지, 폴리옥시메틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지, 폴리에터설핀 수지 및 폴리에터이미드 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지, 및 그의 알로이계 수지 중 어느 것인가로부터 선택되는 1 이상을 포함하는, 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 15 항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어진 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물을 이용한, 펠렛 또는 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어진 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물을 이용한, 펠렛 또는 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 17 항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어진 탄소섬유 강화 수지 조성물을 이용한, 펠렛 또는 성형품의 제조 방법.
