Abstract
유체를 흡입하는 흡입실(13)과 제어실(12)을 연통시키는 흡입측 통로(34, 35)와, 흡입측 통로(34, 35)의 도중에 형성된 감압실(37)과, 제어실(12)의 압력을 받아 흡입측 통로(34, 35)를 개폐하는 액 냉매 배출 밸브(45)와, 감압실(37) 내에 배치되어 그 신장에 의해 액 냉매 배출 밸브(45)를 밸브 폐쇄시키는 방향으로 탄성력을 미치게 하면서 주위의 압력 증가에 수반하여 수축되는 감압체(50)와, 주밸브(40)를 제어하기 위한 전자 구동력을 미치는 솔레노이드(60)를 구비하고, 감압체(50)는 일방측에서 솔레노이드(60)의 구동 로드(65)에 상대 이동 가능하게 지지되고, 타방측에서 액 냉매 배출 밸브(45)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.

Claims (4)
- 유체를 토출하는 토출실과 유체의 토출량을 제어하는 제어실을 연통시키는 토출측 통로와,
상기 토출측 통로의 도중에 형성된 주밸브실과,
상기 주밸브실에서 상기 토출측 통로를 개폐하는 주밸브와,
유체를 흡입하는 흡입실과 상기 제어실을 연통시키는 흡입측 통로와,
상기 흡입측 통로의 도중에 형성된 감압실과,
상기 제어실의 압력을 받아 상기 흡입측 통로를 개폐하는 액 냉매 배출 밸브와,
상기 감압실 내에 배치되어 그 신장에 의해 상기 액 냉매 배출 밸브를 밸브 폐쇄시키는 방향으로 탄성력을 미치게 하면서 주위의 압력 증가에 수반하여 수축되는 감압체와,
상기 주밸브를 제어하기 위한 전자(電磁) 구동력을 미치는 솔레노이드를 구비하고,
상기 감압체는 일방측에서 상기 솔레노이드의 구동 로드에 상대 이동 가능하게 지지되고, 타방측에서 상기 액 냉매 배출 밸브에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액 냉매 배출 밸브를 밸브 폐쇄하는 방향으로 가압하는 탄발체(彈發體)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액 냉매 배출 밸브를 밸브 개방하는 방향으로 가압하는 탄발체를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액 냉매 배출 밸브를 밸브 폐쇄하는 방향으로 가압하는 탄발체 및 상기 액 냉매 배출 밸브를 밸브 개방하는 방향으로 가압하는 탄발체를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브.
