Description
バルブハウジングと、主弁座と接離する主弁部を有しソレノイドの駆動力により吐出圧の吐出流体が通過するPdポートと制御圧の制御流体が通過するPcポートとの連通を開閉する主弁体と、周囲の圧力により開閉する感圧弁と、前記感圧弁の開閉により前記Pcポートと吸入圧の吸入流体が通過する第1Psポートとを連通させることが可能な中間連通路と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記バルブハウジングには、前記Pcポートと、第2Psポートが設けられ、前記Pcポートと前記第2Psポートとの間および前記Pcポートと感圧室との間を、圧力により移動する差圧弁体によって開閉可能な差圧弁が設けられていることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、通電状態において、差圧弁を開放しPcポートと第2Psポートを連通させることにより、制御圧力と吸入圧力を均圧(同圧)に維持することができる。このようにして、容量可変型圧縮機の運転効率を高めることができる。
これによれば、Pcポートと第2Psポートを連通する際に、Pcポートと第2Psポートはいずれも感圧室に対して遮断され、Pcポートと第2Psポートとの連通が感圧室を介していないため、制御圧力と吸入圧力を確実に均圧(同圧)に維持することができる。
これによれば、差圧弁を有する容量制御弁をコンパクトに構成することができる。
これによれば、差圧が小さいときには、差圧弁体を確実に閉弁位置に移動させることができる。
これによれば、Pc受圧面とPs受圧面とが対向しているので差圧弁体が傾き難く差圧弁体の移動が円滑である。

Claims (8)
- バルブハウジングと、主弁座と接離する主弁部を有しソレノイドの駆動力によりPdポートとPcポートとの連通を開閉する主弁体と、周囲の圧力により開閉する感圧弁と、前記感圧弁の開閉により前記Pcポートと第1Psポートとを連通させることが可能な中間連通路と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記バルブハウジングには、前記Pcポートと、前記Pdポートと、前記第1Psポートと、第2Psポートが設けられ、前記Pcポートと前記第2Psポートとの間および前記Pcポートと感圧室との間を、前記Pcポート内の圧力と前記第2Psポート内の圧力との差圧により移動する差圧弁体によって開閉可能な差圧弁が設けられていることを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - 前記差圧弁体の開弁方向への移動によって、前記Pcポートと前記第2Psポートとを連通するとともに前記Pcポートと前記感圧室との間を閉塞する構成である請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記差圧弁体は円筒状に形成されており、前記感圧弁の外径側に同心状に設けられている請求項1または2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記差圧弁体を開弁方向に付勢するスプリングを備える請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記差圧弁体には、前記感圧室からの圧力を受けるPc受圧面と、前記第2Psポートからの圧力を受けるPs受圧面とが対向して配置されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記差圧弁体の外周面と前記バルブハウジングの内周面との間に環状の密封部材が配置
されており、前記差圧弁体は前記密封部材に摺接可能に設けられている請求項1ないし5
のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。 - 前記差圧弁体は、前記差圧弁の開弁方向に付勢されたときに前記バルブハウジングの内面に当接する請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記差圧弁体は、前記差圧弁の閉弁方向に付勢されたときに前記バルブハウジングの内面に当接する請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
