Claims (10)
- 질량% 로 C : 0.060 % 초과 0.13 % 이하, Si : 0.01 % 이상 0.7 % 이하, Mn : 1.0 % 이상 3.0 % 이하, P : 0.005 % 이상 0.100 % 이하, S : 0.010 % 이하, sol.Al : 0.005 % 이상 0.100 % 이하, N : 0.0100 % 이하, Nb : 0.005 % 이상 0.10 % 이하, Ti : 0.03 % 이상 0.15 % 이하를 함유하고, 또한 하기 식 (1) 의 관계를 만족시키고, 잔부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 평균 결정입경이 15 ㎛ 이하이고 또한 면적률이 80 % 이상인 페라이트와 면적률이 1 % 이상 15 % 이하인 마텐자이트를 함유하는 조직을 갖고, 인장 강도 (TS) 가 590 ㎫ 이상, 항복비 (YR) 가 0.70 이상, 베이킹 경화량 (BH 량) 이 60 ㎫ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내충돌 성능 및 코일 내의 재질 균일성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판.

여기서, Ti* = Ti-(48/14)N-(48/32)S 로 나타내고 C, Nb, Ti, N, S 는 각각 강 중의 각 원소의 함유량 (질량%) 을 나타낸다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 질량 % 로, 하기의 (a) ~ (e) 군 중에서 하나 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내충돌 성능 및 코일 내의 재질 균일성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판.
(a) V : 0.10 % 이하
(b) Mo, Cr 의 1 종 또는 2 종을 합계로 0.50 % 이하
(c) Cu : 0.30 % 이하, Ni : 0.30 % 이하의 1 종 또는 2 종
(d) Sn : 0.2 % 이하, Sb : 0.2 % 이하 중에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종
(e) Ta : 0.005 % 이상 0.1 % 이하 - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 성분 조성을 갖는 강 소재를 열간 압연하고, 냉간 압연하고, 어닐링하여 고강도 강판을 제조할 때에, 열간 압연에서는 마무리 압연에 있어서의 최종 패스의 압하율을 10 % 이상, 상기 최종 패스 전 패스의 압하율을 15 % 이상으로 하고, 어닐링 공정에서는 700 ∼ 800 ℃ 의 온도 범위를 3 ℃/s 미만의 평균 가열 속도로 가열하고, 800 ∼ 900 ℃ 의 어닐링 온도로 어닐링하고, 상기 어닐링 온도로부터 3 ∼ 15 ℃/s 의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각시키고, 아연 도금욕에 침지시켜 용융 아연 도금을 실시하고, 상기 용융 아연 도금 후, 5 ∼ 100 ℃/s 의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각시키거나, 혹은 상기 용융 아연 도금 후, 추가로 아연 도금의 합금화 처리를 실시하고, 상기 합금화 처리 후, 5 ∼ 100 ℃/s 의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내충돌 성능 및 코일 내의 재질 균일성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 열간 압연의 마무리 압연 종료 후, 3 초 이내에 냉각을 개시하고, 평균 냉각 속도 40 ℃/s 이상으로 720 ℃ 이하까지 냉각시키고, 500 ∼ 700 ℃ 의 온도에서 권취한 후, 압연율 40 % 이상으로 냉간 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내충돌 성능 및 코일 내의 재질 균일성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
제조된 상기 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 인장 강도 (TS) 가 590 ㎫ 이상, 항복비 (YR) 가 0.70 이상, 베이킹 경화량 (BH 량) 이 60 ㎫ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내충돌 성능 및 코일 내의 재질 균일성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
제조된 상기 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 인장 강도 (TS) 가 590 ㎫ 이상, 항복비 (YR) 가 0.70 이상, 베이킹 경화량 (BH 량) 이 60 ㎫ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내충돌 성능 및 코일 내의 재질 균일성이 우수한 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 삭제
