Claims (10)
- Co, Al 또는 양자 모두가 입자 내부에 존재하는 Li-Ni계 산화물 입자의 이차 입자의 입자 표면에, Li-Mn계 복합 산화물을 존재시킨 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말이며, 망간의 농도가 입자 중심으로부터 입자 표면을 향해 높아지고,
상기 Li-Mn계 복합 산화물의 조성이 Lix2(Mn1-z2M2z2)y2O2(M2는 Co, Ni, Al, Fe, Mg, Zr, Ti, B에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속이며, 1/2<x2≤4/3이고, 2/3≤y2≤1이고, 0≤z2<4/5임)인 것을 특징으로 하는 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말. - 제1항에 있어서, 핵이 되는 Li-Ni계 산화물 입자의 이차 입자의 조성이 Lix1(Ni1-y1-z1-w1Coy1Mnz1M1w1)O2(0.9≤x1≤1.3이고, 0.1≤y1≤0.3이고, 0.0≤z1≤0.3이고, 0≤w1≤0.1이며, M1은 Al, Fe, Mg, Zr, Ti, B에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속임)인 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말을 증류수에 현탁시키고, 실온에서 정치하여 측정한 현탁액의 pH값이 11.5 이하인 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말.
- Co, Al 또는 양자 모두를 포함하는 Li-Ni계 산화물에 대하여, Mn을 포함하는 산화물, 수산화물 또는 양자 모두를 기계적으로 피착시킨 후에, 400 ℃ 이상 1000 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 열 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말의 제조 방법.
- Co, Al 또는 양자 모두를 포함하는 Ni계 수산화물에 대하여, Mn을 포함하는 산화물, 수산화물 또는 양자 모두를 기계적으로 피착시킨 후에, 리튬 화합물과 혼합하여 700 ℃ 이상 1000 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 산소 함유 분위기로 열 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말의 제조 방법.
- Co, Al 또는 양자 모두를 포함하는 Ni계 수산화물 입자를 포함하는 현탁액에 대하여, 망간을 포함하는 용액과 알칼리 용액을 적하함으로써 니켈 산화물의 표면에 망간을 포함하는 수산화물 또는 망간을 포함하는 함수 산화물 또는 망간을 포함하는 산화물을 생성시킨 후에, 수세 건조시키고, 리튬 화합물과 혼합하여 700 ℃ 이상 1000 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 산소 함유 분위기로 열 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 Li-Ni계 복합 산화물 입자 분말을 정극 활성 물질로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 리튬 금속 또는 리튬 이온을 흡장 방출 가능한 재료로 이루어지는 부극을 사용하였을 때, 4.5 V 충전 상태에서의 정극에 있어서의 시차 열 분석에 의한 발열 피크 온도가 240 ℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차 전지.
