Claims (5)
- 아라미드 방사원액을 방사, 비응고층 통과, 응고, 수세, 건조 및 권취하여 아라미드 멀티필라멘트를 제조함에 있어서, 500~1,200개의 아라미드 모노필라멘트들로 구성되어 건조된 아라미드 멀티필라멘트를 표면에 요철이 형성되어 있는 엠보싱 지관에 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아라미드 멀티필라멘트는 강도가 10~25 g/d이고, 절단신도가 2~6%이고, 모듈러스가 400~750 g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아라미드 멀티필라멘트의 총섬도가 400~5,000 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 아라미드 모노필라멘트의 단사섬도가 1~2 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
