Abstract
Description
우수한 투명도를 나타내는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물은 또한 WO-A-03/051984 에 의해 개시되지만, 상기 문헌은 상이한 용액을 제시한다. 상기 간행물은 (1) 결정성 폴리프로필렌 동종중합체 또는 15%에 이르는 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-C10 α-올레핀을 포함하는 공중합체 및 (2) 15% 이상 40%에 이르는 에틸렌을 갖는 10% - 45% 프로필렌 공중합체 혼성물, 및 10% 내지 40%의 상기 C4-C10 α-올레핀을 함유하면서 하나 이상의 C4-C10 α-올레핀을 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함한다. 구성물로서 에틸렌 공중합체를 사용하는 것에 부가하여, 기저요소(1)로서 프로필렌 공중합체의 사용이 예에 의해서 설명된대로 분명히 바람직하다.
프로필렌 공중합체 조성물은 본질적으로 기저중합체(matrix polymer)로서 프로필렌 동종중합체(A) 및 프로필렌이 아닌 10 ~ 35 중량%의 올레핀, 및 선택적으로 하나이상의 첨가제로 구성된다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 프로필렌 동종중합체(A)는 바람직하게는 이소탁틱 중합체(isotactic polymer) 구조를 가지며, 이는 입체규칙도(isotacticity)가 높다는 것(예를들면 94% 이상, 바람직하게는 97%이상)을 의미한다.
Claims (10)
- 기저중합체로서 프로필렌 동종중합체(A), 프로필렌이 아닌 올레핀의 프로필렌 공중합체(B)에 대하여 계산하여 10 ~ 35 중량% 를 포함하는 프로필렌 공중합체(B), 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 첨가제로 구성된 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물에 있어서,프로필렌 동종중합체 및 프로필렌 공중합체는 지글러-나타 촉매계를 사용하여 제조되며 각각의 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)는 3보다 크며프로필렌 공중합체 조성물은 투광에서 헤이즈를 뺀 것으로 정의된 8 이상의 투명도를 가지며,헤이즈 및 투광값의 결정은 65 * 65 mm의 에지 길이 및 1.6 mm 의 두께를 갖는 사출성형된 판을 시험표본으로서 사용하여 표준 ASTM D1003 에 따라서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌이 아닌 올레핀은 에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌이 아닌 올레핀의 양은 프로필렌 공중합체(B)의 양에 대하여 계산하여 13 내지 25 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, A + B의 총량에 대하여 계산된 공중합체 B의 양이 10 내지 50 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, MFRA / MFRB 의 비는 50 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, MFRA / MFRB 의 비는 20 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, MFRA / MFRB 의 비는 10 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 공중합체 조성물.
- 중공성형, 사출성형 또는 몰딩의 압출에서의 제1항에 의한 조성물의 제조방법.
