Claims (8)
- 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되고, 구조 단위 중에 바구니형 구조를 가진 폴리오르가노실세스퀴옥산(polyorganosilsesquioxane)을 함유하는 실리콘 수지; 및분자 중에 -R3-CR4=CH2 또는 -CR4=CH2(단, R3는 C1-6의 알킬렌기, 알킬리덴기 또는 -OCO-기를 나타내고, R4는 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타냄)로 표시되는 불포화기를 하나 이상 포함하고, 상기 실리콘 수지와 라디칼 공중합이 가능한 불포화 화합물을 포함하는 실리콘 수지 조성물로서, 상기 실리콘 수지 및 상기 불포화 화합물이 1:99∼99:1의 중량비로 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지 조성물:[RSiO3/2]n (1)식 (1)에서, R은 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 유기 작용기이며, n은 8, 10 또는 12이다.
- 제2항에 있어서,실리콘 수지 : 비지환식 불포화 화합물 : 지환식 불포화 화합물이 5∼80 : 0∼80 : 0∼80의 중량비로 배합된 실리콘 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 수지가, 하기 일반식 (3)으로 표시되는 규소 화합물을 극성 용매 및 알칼리성 촉매 존재하에서 가수분해 반응시킴과 동시에 부분 축합시켜, 얻어진 가수분해 생성물을 비극성 용매 및 알칼리성 촉매 존재하에서 재축합시켜 얻어진 것이고, 분자 중 규소 원자의 수와 (메타)아크릴로일기의 수가 같고, 또한 바구니형 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지 조성물:RSiX3 (3)식 (3)에서, R은 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 유기 작용기이며, X는 C1-4의 알콕시기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실리콘 수지 조성물을 라디칼 공중합시켜 얻어지는 실리콘 수지 성형체.
- 제5항에 있어서,하기 (a) 내지 (c)의 요건을 만족시키고, 하기 (d) 및 (e)의 요건 중 하나 이상을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지 성형체:(a) 유리 전이 온도가 40O℃ 이상,(b) 하기 계산식 (I)로 산출되는 동적 점탄성 저하율 ΔE'가 60% 이하ΔE' = (E'30-E'200)/E'30 (I)(단, 30℃에서의 동적 점탄성율을 E'30이라 하고, 200℃에서의 동적 점탄성율을 E'200이라 함),(c) 400∼800nm 파장의 가시광선의 투과율이 85% 이상,(d) 포화 흡수율(JIS K7209 준거)이 1.0% 이하, 및(e) 선팽창 계수가 50ppm/K 이하.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 요건(e)의 선팽창 계수가 40ppm/K 이하인 실리콘 수지 성형체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실리콘 수지 조성물을 가열 또는 에너지선을 조사하여 라디칼 공중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지 성형체의 제조 방법.
