Claims (11)
- 차량에 있어서,축전장치;상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받기 위한 전력변환장치;차량 외부의 전기기기와 상기 전력변환장치를 연결하기 위한 연결부; 및차량키에 기억된 키정보를 판독하여, 상기 키정보가 상기 차량에 미리 등록된 등록정보와 일치할 때, 상기 차량의 시동을 허가하기 위한 전자제어장치를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 전자제어장치는,상기 전력변환장치가 상기 전기기기로부터 상기 키정보를 수신하여, 상기 키정보가 상기 등록정보와 일치할 때, 상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받도록 상기 전력변환장치를 제어하기 위한 제어장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 키정보가 상기 등록정보와 일치할 때, 승인결과를 상기 전기기기에 송신하기 위한 송신부를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자제어장치는 상기 전기기기와 상기 전력변환장치간에 전력을 주고 받기 위한 통전경로와 상이한 경로를 통해 상기 키정보를 수신하여, 상기 키정보가 상기 등록정보와 일치할 때, 상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받는 것을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자제어장치는 상기 전기기기와 상기 전력변환장치간에 전력을 주고 받기 위한 통전경로를 통해 상기 키정보를 수신하여, 상기 키정보가 상기 등록정보와 일치할 때, 상기 차량의 시동을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 등록정보는 차량마다의 고유의 정보이고,상기 전자제어장치는, 상기 키정보가 상기 등록정보와 일치할 때, 상기 차량이 상기 전기기기를 이용하는 것이 허가된 자동차인 것을 나타내는 허가정보를 상기 전기기기에 반환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 차량키에 기억된 키정보를 판독하여, 상기 키정보가 상기 차량에 미리 등록된 등록정보와 일치할 때 상기 차량의 시동을 허가하기 위한 전자제어장치를 포함하는 차량에 탑재된 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받기 위한 전기기기에 있어서,상기 전기기기는,상기 차량키로부터 상기 키정보를 판독하기 위한 판독부,상기 판독부에 의해 판독된 상기 키정보에 따라 상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받기 위한 전력수수부,상기 판독부가 상기 키정보를 판독할 때, 상기 키정보를 상기 차량에 송신하기 위한 송신부, 및상기 키정보가 상기 전자제어장치로부터 상기 차량에 미리 등록된 등록정보와 일치하는 지의 여부를 나타내는 신호를 수신하기 위한 수신부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 키정보가 상기 등록정보와 일치한 것을 나타내는 신호를 상기 수신부가 수신할 때, 상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받는 것을 허가하기 위한 제어부를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전기기기를 이용하도록 허가된 자동차에 배포되는 허가정보를 기억하여, 상기 키정보가 상기 차량에 미리 등록된 등록정보와 일치할 때, 상기 전자제어장치로부터 송신된 정보가 상기 허가정보와 일치하는 지의 여부를 판정하기 위한 제어부를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 제어부는, 상기 전자제어장치로부터 송신된 상기 정보가 상기 허가정보와 일치할 때, 상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받는 것을 허가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
- 제8항에 있어서,차량소유자정보를 기억하기 위한 기억장치를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 신호는 상기 차량소유자정보를 포함하며,상기 제어부는, 상기 기억장치에 기억된 상기 차량소유자정보가 상기 신호에 포함된 차량소유자정보와 일치할 때, 상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받는 것을 허가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
- 제6항, 제8항, 제9항, 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받기 위한 전력선케이블을 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 송신부 및 상기 수신부는 상기 전력선케이블을 통해 상기 차량과 상기 신호를 송수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
