Claims (37)
- 제 1 형광물질 및 제 2 형광물질의 혼합물(24)을 포함하되,상기 제 1 형광물질과 상기 제 2 형광물질 각각은 호스트 황화물 재료(host sulphide material) 및 희토류 도펀트(rare earth dopant)를 포함하고 공통 발광 다이오드(22)에 의해 여기될 수 있으며,상기 제 1 형광물질은 Eu2+ 도핑된 디오갈레이트(thiogallate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 형광물질의 상기 희토류 도펀트는 Eu2+ 및 Ce3+로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
