Claims (37)
- 다음의 화학식을 가지는 화합물:CORE - [DENDRITE]n여기서 CORE는 원자 또는 기를 나타내며, n은 적어도 1의 정수를 나타내며, 만약 n이 1보다 더 크다면 동일하거나 또는 다를 수 있는 DENDRITE는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기의 고리 탄소 원자에 알케닐기의 탄소 원자를 통해 서로 연결되는 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기 및 이들의 조합, 및 알케닐기를 포함하는 본질적으로 적어도 부분적으로 콘쥬게이트된 가지형(dendritic) 분자 구조를 나타내고, CORE는 적어도 부분적으로 콘쥬게이트된 가지형 사슬이 하나이상 붙어있는 (헤테로)아릴기의 고리 탄소 원자에 연결되는 첫번째 단일 결합에서 종결되고, 상기 고리 탄소 원자는 DENDRITE의 부분을 형성하고, CORE 및 DENDRITE 중 하나 이상은 발광성이고, 그리고 여기서 CORE는 다음구조:(여기서 X는 n=2일때 브롬 또는 CHO)는 아니고, CORE는 n=1일때 브롬 또는 CHO는 아니며 그리고 다음 구조:에 붙어있으며 그리고 다음 구조를 포함하지 않는다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고체 상태에서 발광성인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 전기적 또는 광학적 들뜸하에서 가시 영역에서 빛을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 하나이상의 발광 부분을 가지고 전기적 또는 광학적 들뜸으로부터 나오는 에너지가 광 방출을 위해 그들중의 하나로 전이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 본질적으로 적어도-부분적으로-콘쥬게이트된 발광 부분들을 가지는 화합물로서, 여기서 DENDRITE 또는 각각의 상기 DENDRITE는 상기 발광 부분들의 적어도 하나를 포함하고, CORE에서 멀리있는 발광 부분 또는 부분들은 CORE에 더 가까운 또는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 CORE내에 있는 발광 부분 또는 부분들보다 더 큰 HOMO-LUMO 에너지 갭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, DENDRITE 또는 각각의 DENDRITE는 하나 이상의 발광 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 발광 부분중의 하나는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 CORE 내에 있고 또는 CORE 그자체를 구성하고 DENDRITE에 있는 다른 발광 부분 또는 부분들보다 더 작은 고유 HOMO-LUMO 에너지 갭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, CORE는 발광성이 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, CORE는 발광성이 아니고 CORE에서 멀리있는 발광 부분 또는 부분들은 CORE에 더 가까운 것들보다 더 큰 HOMO-LUMO 에너지 갭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, DENDRITE의 첫번째 아릴 부분은 1,3,5-결합된 벤젠 고리인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, n은 2이고 DENDRITE 단위는 파라 위치에서 방향족 CORE에 붙어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, CORE는 서로 융합되지 않은 적어도 2개의 방향족 고리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, CORE는 방향족 고리에 붙어있는 할로겐 원자를 가지고 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, CORE는 디스티릴 안트라센, 포르피린 또는 디스티릴벤젠 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, CORE는 벤젠, 피리딘, 피리미딘, 트리아진, 티오펜, 디비닐벤젠, 디스티릴에틸렌, 디비닐피리딘, 디비닐티오펜, 옥사디아졸, 코로넨, 또는 트리아릴아민 또는 형광 염료 또는 표지 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, n은 2내지 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, DENDRITE 또는 각각의 DENDRITE는 CORE와 적어도 부분적으로 콘쥬게이트되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, DENDRITE에 있는 아릴 부분은 벤젠 고리, 또는 피리딜, 트리아지닐 또는 티오페닐 고리인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 표면기가 DENDRITE의 말단 아릴 고리 탄소 원자에 부착되고, 상기 기는 더 반응할 수 있는 알켄, (메트)아크릴레이트, 황-함유 또는 규소 함유기; 술포닐기; 폴리에테르기; C1-내지-C15 알킬기; 아민기; 모노-, 디- 또는 트리- C1-내지-C15 알킬 아민기; R이 수소 또는 C1-내지-C15 알킬인 -COOR기; R이 수소, 아릴, 또는 C1-내지-C15 알킬 또는 알케닐인 -OR기; R이 C1-내지-C15 알킬 또는 알케닐인 -O2SR기; R이 아릴, 또는 C1-내지-C15 알킬 또는 알케닐인 -SR기; R기가 동일하거나 다르고 수소, C1-내지-C15 알킬 또는 알케닐, 또는 -SR'기(R'은 아릴 또는 C1-내지-C15 알킬 또는 알케닐), 아릴, 또는 헤테로아릴인 -SiR3 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 표면기가 t-부틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 그것의 전자-운반 성질을 증대시키는 하나 이상의 전자 끄는 기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 다음 식을 가지는 화합물의 제조방법으로서:CORE - [DENDRITE]n여기서 CORE는 원자 또는 기를 나타내며, n은 적어도 1의 정수를 나타내며, 만약 n이 1보다 더 크다면 동일하거나 또는 다를 수 있는 DENDRITE는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기의 고리 탄소 원자에 알케닐기의 탄소 원자를 통해 서로 연결되는 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기 및 이들의 조합, 및 알케닐기를 포함하는 본질적으로 적어도 부분적으로 콘쥬게이트된 가지형 분자 구조를 나타내고, CORE는 적어도 부분적으로 콘쥬게이트된 가지형 사슬이 하나이상 붙어있는 (헤테로)아릴기의 고리 탄소 원자에 연결되는 첫번째 단일 결합에서 종결되고, 상기 고리 탄소 원자는 DENDRITE의 부분을 형성하고, CORE 및 DENDRITE 중 하나 이상은 발광성이고, 이 방법은 3,5-디(할로)벤즈알데히드와 3,5-디(표면기)스티렌을 반응시키는 단계, 선택적으로 (i)이전 반응에서 생성된 벤즈알데히드의 알데히드기를 비닐기로 전환시키는 단계와 (ii) 이 비닐 화합물을 3,5-디(할로)-벤즈알데히드와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하고, 단계 (i)및 (ii)의 상기 조합은 한번 이상 수행되며, 그리고 마지막으로 이전 반응에서 생성된 벤즈알데히드와 CORE의 적어도 중심부를 포함하는 부분을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 표면기는 t-부틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 23항 또는 제 24항에 있어서, CORE의 적어도 중심부를 포함하는 부분은 피롤 또는 포스포네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 발광 요소로서 또는 발광 요소 안에 다음 구조를 가지는 화합물을 가지고 있는 발광 장치.CORE - [DENDRITE]n여기서 CORE는 원자 또는 기를 나타내며, n은 적어도 1의 정수를 나타내며, 만약 n이 1보다 더 크다면 동일하거나 또는 다를 수 있는 DENDRITE는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기의 고리 탄소 원자에 알케닐기의 탄소 원자를 통해 서로 연결되는 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기 및 이들의 조합, 및 알케닐기를 포함하는 본질적으로 적어도 부분적으로 콘쥬게이트된 가지형 분자 구조를 나타내고, CORE는 적어도 부분적으로 콘쥬게이트된 가지형 사슬이 하나이상 붙어있는 (헤테로)아릴기의 고리 탄소 원자에 연결되는 첫번째 단일 결합에서 종결되고, 상기 고리 탄소 원자는 DENDRITE의 부분을 형성하고, CORE 및 DENDRITE 중 하나 이상은 발광성이다.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 화합물은 제 1항에 따른 것임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 다른 재료로 된 하나 이상의 층과 함께 상기 화합물의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 다른 재료로 된 하나 이상의 층과 함께 상기 화합물의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 따른 적어도 하나의 화합물로 된 막을 제공하는 단계, 선택적으로 적층판을 주기위해 하나 이상의 다른 막을 제공하는 단계, 상기 막 또는 적층판의 한쪽 표면에 실질적으로 투명한 전극을 접착하는 단계, 그리고 상기 막 또는 적층판의 다른 표면에 금속 음극을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 발광 장치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 금속 음극은 Al, Mg/Ag, 및 Ca로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 따른 화합물로부터 형성된 막.
- 제 26항에 따른 하나 이상의 발광 장치를 포함하는 화소를 포함하는 컬러 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 33항에 있어서, 실질적으로 하얀 또는 중성 배경이 본질적으로 그러한 배경색을 방출하는 하나 이상의 상기 화합물에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전기적으로-자극된 발광 다이오드에서 발광 요소로 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제 1항에 따른 화합물을 포함하는, 발광 장치 이외의 반도체 장치.
- 제 36항에 있어서, 포토다이오드, 태양 전지, FET 또는 고체 상태 트리오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
