Claims (5)
- 고온고압의 냉매가 토출되는 토출공을 갖는 톱플랜지와, 일단은 상기 톱플랜지에 결합되며, 타단은 상기 토출공을 개폐하는 밸브유니트를 포함하는 압축기에 있어서,머리부와, 상기 머리부에서 연장되고 나사부가 형성된 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에서 연장되어 상기 밸브유니트와 상기 톱플랜지의 체결을 가이드하는 가이드부를 가지는 밸브볼트를 포함하며;상기 가이드부는 테이퍼형으로 마련되며, 상기 나사부의 외경 - (1.5 내지 2)㎜의 길이를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브유니트는,일단은 상기 톱플랜지부에 결합되며, 타단은 상기 토출공으로부터 상기 냉매가 토출되는 방향으로 이동가능하게 마련되어 상기 토출공을 개폐하는 토출밸브와;일단은 상기 톱플랜지 및 상기 토출밸브에 결합되며, 타단은 상기 토출공으로부터 이격되어 상기 토출밸브의 개방정도를 제한하는 밸브스토퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 가이드부의 테이퍼의 경사각은 중심축에 대하여 1~3도인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가이드부의 끝단부는 챔퍼 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가이드부의 끝단부는 필렛 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
