Abstract
Description
상기 기술적 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명은 하나 이상의 스펀 본드 웹층 및 멜트블로운(meltblown) 섬유층이 구비되어 있으며 하나 이상의 친수성 섬유층이 존재하고, 또한 멜트블로운 섬유의 일부가 스펀본드 웹층 및/또는 친수성 섬유층에 분포되어 있는 것인 섬유 라미네이트, 특히 흡수성 닦음천을 교시한다.
멜트블로운 섬유의 일부가 스펀 본드 웹층 및/또는 친수성 섬유층에 분포되어 있다는 사실은, 본 발명의 범주 내에서, 멜트블로운 섬유의 적어도 일부가 상기 층 중 적어도 하나의 사이 공간 내에 들어가 있다는 것을 의미한다. 하기에서 추가로 설명할 바와 같이, 멜트블로운 섬유는 바람직하게는 층 집합체의 고화 또는 수력학적 고화 과정 중에 상기 층 내로 이동한다.
본 발명에 따른 섬유 라미네이트의 후속하는 바람직한 층을 기재할 경우, 섬유 라미네이트의 각 최상부 층은 섬유 라미네이트의 추가적 가공 또는 처리 동안에 상향 배향되는 층을 포함한다. 따라서, 섬유 라미네이트가 위에서부터 작용하는 워터 제트 고화에 적용될 경우, 상기 최상층은 워터 제트에 의해 제1 층으로서 작용한다. 본 발명의 범위는 멜트블로운 섬유층이 스펀 본드 웹층 위에 배치되고, 친수성 섬유층이 멜트블로운 섬유층 위에 배치되는 것을 포함한다. 이러한 경우 더욱 적절한 것은, 멜트블로운 섬유층이 스펀 본드 웹층 바로 위에 배치되고, 친수성 섬유층은 바람직하게는 멜트블로운 섬유층 바로 위에 배치되는 것이다. 본 발명의 특수한 구체예에 따르면, 제2 멜트블로운 섬유층을 친수성 섬유층에 배치할 수 있다. 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 구체예에 따르면, 추가의 스펀 본드 웹층을 친수성 섬유층 위에 배치한다. 이러한 스펀 본드 웹층이 친수성 섬유층 바로 위에 배치될 경우 이것은 비대칭 거동을 갖는 섬유 라미네이트가 된다(스펀 본드 웹/멜트블로운 섬유층/친수성 섬유층/스펀 본드 웹). 즉, 액체 투과성 또는 액체 흡수 용량은 섬유 라미네이트의 양 면(상부 및 바닥부)에 대해 서로 다르다. 본 발명은 이러한 경우에 있어서 단지 스펀 본드 웹층에 인접한 멜트블로운 섬유층이 액체 투과성을 방해 또는 제한한다는 이해에 기초한다. 그러한 섬유 라미네이트의 비대칭적 거동은 많은 경우에 요망된다. 그러나, 본 발명의 범위는, 추가의 멜트블로운 섬유층이 친수성 섬유층 위에 배치되어 추가의 멜트블로운 층이 사이에 삽입된 배치 역시 포함한다. 이로써 대칭적 거동을 갖는 섬유 라미네이트가 얻어진다(스펀 본드 웹/멜트블로운 섬유층/친수성 섬유층/멜트블로운 섬유층/스펀 본드 웹). 그 후 액체 투과성 또는 액체 흡수 용량은 섬유 라미네이트의 양 면(상부 및 바닥부)에 대해 동일하거나 또는 적어도 매우 유사하게 된다.
Claims (8)
- 하나 이상의 스펀 본드 웹층(1) 및 하나 이상의 멜트블로운 섬유(8) 층(2)이 구비되어 있고,하나 이상의 친수성 섬유층(3)이 존재하며,또한 멜트블로운 섬유(8)의 일부가 스펀 본드 웹층(1) 및/또는 친수성 섬유층(3)에 분포되어 있는 것인 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유층(2)은 스펀 본드 웹층(1) 위에 배치되고, 친수성 섬유층(3)은 멜트블로운 섬유층(2) 위에 배치되는 것인 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 추가 스펀 본드 웹층(4)이 친수성 섬유층(3) 위에 배치되는 것인 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유는 1종 이상의 엘라스토머로 이루어지는 것인 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유는 "폴리우레탄, EPDM"의 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 엘라스토머로 이루어지는 것인 섬유 라미네이트.
- 하나 이상의 스펀 본드 웹층(1)을 형성하는 단계,하나 이상의 멜트블로운 섬유(8) 층(2)을 배치하는 단계,이에 더하여, 하나 이상의 친수성 섬유층(3)을 배치하는 단계, 및층 집합체를 고화시켜 섬유 라미네이트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 섬유 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 층(1, 2)의 적어도 일부분을 예비 고화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 집합체를 수력학적으로 고화시키는 것인 방법.
