Claims (5)
- 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)을 준비하는 전처리부(100); 및
상기 전처리부(100)에서 준비된 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)을 가공하여 청소기 먼지봉투로 성형하는 후처리부(200)를 포함하고,
상기 전처리부(100)는:
기능성 원사와 청소기 먼지봉투용 섬유가 투입되는 호퍼(110);
상기 호퍼(110)의 하부에 설치되고, 상기 호퍼(110)로부터 공급되는 상기 기능성 원사 및 상기 청소기 먼지봉투용 섬유가 투입되어 혼합되는 혼합부(120);
상기 혼합부(120)의 일측에 설치되고, 상기 혼합부(120)에서 공급된 재료를 가공하여서 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)을 만드는 웹성형부(130);
상기 웹성형부(130)의 일측에 설치되고, 상기 웹성형부(130)에서 가공된 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)을 가압하여서 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)의 두께를 결정하는 캐린더부(140);
상기 캐린더부(140)의 일측에 설치되고, 상기 캐린더부(140)를 통과한 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)에 기능성 첨가제를 도포하는 코팅제도포부(150);
상기 코팅제도포부(150)의 하부에 설치되어서 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)에 도포된 기능성 첨가제가 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1) 내부로 침투되도록 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)의 하부에서 음압을 형성하는 음압형성부(160);
상기 코팅제도포부(150)의 일측에 설치되고, 상기 기능성 첨가제가 도포된 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)을 가열하는 제1 건조부(170); 및
상기 제1 건조부(170)의 일측에 설치되어서 가열된 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)을 건조시키는 제2 건조부(180)를 포함하고,
상기 후처리부(200)는:
제1 청소기 먼지 봉투용 천(1)이 권취되어 있고, 상기 제1 청소기 먼지 봉투용 천(1)을 후속 공정을 따라 공급하는 제1 천공급롤(210);
상기 제1 천공급롤(210)의 하부에 설치되고, 제2 청소기 먼지 봉투용 천(1)이 권취되어 있고, 상기 제2 청소기 먼지 봉투용 천(1)을 후속 공정을 따라 공급하는 제2 천공급롤(220);
상기 제1 천공급롤(210) 또는 상기 제2 천공급롤(220)의 후단에 위치하고, 상기 제1 청소기 먼지 봉투용 천(1) 또는 상기 제2 청소기 먼지 봉투용 천(1)에 흡입공(10a)을 가공하는 천 펀칭부(230); 및
상기 제1 천공급롤(210) 및 상기 제2 천공급롤(220) 일측에 설치되고, 상기 기능성 첨가제가 분사된 제1 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1a) 및 제2 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1b)의 사방 둘레를 가압하되 상기 흡입공(10a)을 중심으로 상기 사방 둘레를 가압하여 상기 사방 둘레를 서로 합포시키는 합포부(240)를 포함하여서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는,
항균 먼지봉투 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 첨가제는 기능성 첨가제 알갱이를 포함하고,
상기 기능성 첨가제 알갱이의 입도는 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)에 형성된 기공보다 25~50% 더 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
항균 먼지봉투 제조장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
기능성 첨가제는, 상기 기능성 첨가제 알갱이에 액상의 접착제가 혼합되어서 이루어지며,
상기 접착제는, 테레프탈산 70몰%와 무수프탈산 30몰%가 디카르본산 성분이고, 공중합 폴리에스테르를 구성하는 디카르본산 단위의 몰을 기준으로 하여 디올 성분의 75몰%가 에틸렌글리콜, 25몰%가 디에틸렌글리콜의 조성비로 이루어 지도록 구성된 반응계에 폴리에스테르 무게에 대해 40 ∼ 400ppm의 트리멜리트산 성분을 첨가하여 축중합 시킨 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는,
항균 먼지봉투 제조장치. - 제1항의 항균 먼지봉투 제조장치에 의한 항균 먼지봉투 제조방법으로서,
기능성 원사와 청소기 먼지봉투용 섬유를 혼합하여서 청소기 먼지봉투용 재료를 만드는 청소기 먼지봉투용 재료 준비단계(S110);
상기 청소기 먼지봉투용 재료를 가공하여서 청소기 먼지봉투용 천을 만드는 웹성형단계(S120);
청소기 먼지봉투용 천을 가압하여서 정해진 두께의 청소기 먼지봉투용 천을 갖도록 하는 천두께성형단계(S130);
상기 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)에 기능성 첨가제를 도포하는 코팅제도포단계(S140);
상기 기능성 첨가제가 도포된 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1)을 건조하는 천건조단계(S150);
청소기 먼지봉투용 천을 제1 천공급롤(210) 및 제2 천공급롤(220)에 각각 권취시켜서 제1 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1a) 및 제2 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1b)을 준비하는 천공급롤준비단계(S160);
상기 제1 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1a) 및 상기 제2 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1b)을 다음 공정으로 공급하는 천공급단계(S170);
공급되는 제1 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1a) 또는 제2 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1b)에 흡입공(10a)을 가공하는 천펀칭단계(S180); 및
상기 흡입공(10a)을 중심으로 제1 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1a) 및 제2 청소기 먼지봉투용 천(1b) 사방 둘레를 가압하여 상기 사방 둘레를 서로 합포시키는 천합포단계(S190)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
