Abstract
Description
이소부틸렌 또는 3급 부탄올을 소위 비스무트 몰리브데이트계 복합 산화물 촉매로 기상 촉매 산화시켜 불포화 알데히드와 불포화 카르복실산을 생산하는 것은 잘 알려져 있다.
촉매 A 11.6 g만을 탄화규소 (메쉬 크기 14) 30 g과 함께 배치시키고 촉매 B를 사용하지 않는 것을 제외하고는, 실시예 1에서와 동일한 산화 반응을 수행하였다.
수득한 결과를 표 1에 나타낸다.

Claims (1)
- (i) 각 관의 가스 출구측에는 하기 화학식 1의 복합 산화물 촉매가 충전되고 (ii) 각 관의 가스 입구측에는 하기 화학식 2의 복합 산화물 촉매가 충전되는 관을 다수 포함하는 고정층 다관식 반응기를 사용하여, 이소부틸렌 또는 3급 부탄올을 분자상 산소로 기상 촉매적 산화 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법:[화학식 1]MoaBibFecAdBeOx상기식에서Mo, Bi, Fe 및 O는 각각 몰리브덴, 비스무트, 철 및 산소이고;A는 니켈 및/또는 코발트이며;B는 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘, 및 탈륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고;a가 12인 경우, 0<b≤10, 0<c≤10, 1≤d≤10, 및 0<e≤2이며;x는 각 원소의 산화 상태에 따른 수치이고,[화학식 2]MoaBibFecAdbeSbfOx상기식에서A, B, a, b, c, d, 및 e는 상기 정의된 바와 같고;Sb는 안티몬이며;a가 12인 경우, 0.01≤f≤5이고;x는 각 원소의 산화 상태에 따른 수치이다.
