Claims (8)
- (A) 액상 농축 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO)에 0.1 내지 10중량%의 염과 폴리비닐알콜을 용해시켜 NMMO 용액을 제조하는 단계;(B) 상기 NMMO 용액과 셀룰로오스 분말을 혼합, 팽윤 및 용해시켜 셀룰로오스 용액을 제조하는 단계;(C) 상기 셀룰로오스 용액을 오리피스 개수가 500∼2,000인 방사노즐을 통해 압출 방사한 후, 공기층을 통과하여 응고욕에 도달한 후 이를 응고시켜 멀티필라멘트를 얻는 단계;(D) 상기 수득된 멀티필라멘트를 수세, 건조 및 유제 처리하여 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는, 하기 물성을 갖는 셀룰로오스 섬유.(1) 원사의 총 데니어가 700 내지 3,000 (2) 건조 강도 5 내지 11 g/d, (3) 신도 4 내지 12%, (4) 중간신도 0.5 내지 4.0%, (5) 탄성률 200 내지 400 g/d, (6) 수축률 -0.5 내지 3%
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 단계에서 염과 폴리비닐알콜의 조성비는 90 : 10 내지 10 : 90인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 단계에서 염은 염화칼슘, 염화암모늄, 탄산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 황산마그네슘, 황산아연 등 2가 양이온 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (B) 단계에서 NMMO용액과 셀룰로오스 분말을 혼합, 팽윤 및 용해시켜 셀룰로오스 용액으로 제조하기 위해 압출기가 사용되며, 이때 압출기는 쌍축압출기를 사용하고 8개 내지 14개의 바렐 또는 screw의 L/D가 24 내지 64의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 셀룰로오스 섬유의 피브릴 지수가 5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 단계의 폴리비닐알콜의 중합도는 500 내지 6000인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (B) 단계의 셀룰로오스 분말은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 점도강화제, 이산화티탄, 이산화실리카, 카본, 카본나노튜브, 무기 나노 클레이 등과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1항의 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 코드.
