Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 투명 기판상에 제1 전극과, 적어도 유기 발광층을 포함하는 유기층과 제2 전극을 순차적으로 적층하여 주요부를 형성한 후에 캡을 사용하여 밀봉을 수행하는 유기 전계 발광 소자를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 밀봉을 수행하기 전에 300 nm 내지 500 nm의 범위 내의 파장의 광을 상기 주요부가 형성된 상기 투명 절연 기판의 발광 표면에 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광을 파장이 400 nm일 때 0.1 내지 1000 ㎼/㎠의 범위 내의 광량으로 조사하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광을 파장이 400 nm일 때 1 분 내지 30 분의 범위 내의 조사 시간 동안 조사하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광을 1 분 내지 30 분의 범위 내의 조사 시간 동안 조사하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광을 산소를 포함하는 대기중에서 조사하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광을 산소를 포함하는 대기중에서 조사하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광을 산소를 포함하는 대기중에서 조사하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광을 산소를 포함하는 대기중에서 조사하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
