Description
Claims (6)
- 내부 공간을 가지는 캔과;상기 내부 공간에 수용되는 전극군; 및상기 캔에 제공된 개구부에 안착되어 상기 전극군에 전기적으로 연결되면서 상기 내부 공간을 밀폐시키도록 상기 캔에 결합되는 캡 어셈블리를 포함하고,상기 캡 어셈블리가,상기 개구부에 결합되어 상기 내부 공간을 밀폐시키는 캡 플레이트와;상기 캡 플레이트의 일측으로 배치되어 상기 전극군에 연결되는 탭 플레이트와;상기 캡 플레이트와 탭 플레이트 사이에 개재되는 절연 플레이트와;상기 캡 플레이트, 탭 플레이트 및 절연 플레이트에 관통 설치되어 이들을 결합시키는 전극핀; 및상기 캡 플레이트와 전극핀 사이에 개재되는 절연 가스킷을 포함하고,상기 전극핀이상기 캡 플레이트의 일측으로 배치되면서 상기 절연 가스킷과의 접촉 부위를 다단을 형성하는 머리부; 및상기 머리부에서 연장 형성되어 상기 절연 가스킷, 캡 플레이트, 절연 플레이트 및 탭 플레이트에 관통 설치되는 기둥부를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 머리부의 다단이 상기 머리부의 중심부가 상기 머리부의 주변부보다 돌출된 형태로 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 머리부의 다단이 임의의 두께를 가지는 제1단과, 이 제1단보다 얇은 두께를 가지는 2단으로 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1단의 표면이 비평탄면으로 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제1단이 상기 머리부의 중심부로부터 이 머리부의 주변부로 갈수록 상기 제1단의 두께가 점차적으로 두꺼워지게 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캔이 각형으로 형성되는 이차 전지.
