Claims (21)
- 삭제
- 박편형상의 무기절연재료인 박편운모를 열경화성수지에 의해 결합한 내전압층, 열경화성수지를 포함하는 보강재층 및 고열전도성 무기충전재를 열경화성수지에 분산한 열전도층이 열경화성수지에 의해 적층 접착되어 테이프형상 또는 시트형상 절연재를 형성하고, 상기 내전압층의 수지량이 10 내지 25중량%, 상기 열전도층의 수지량이 10 내지 25중량% 이고, 상기 내전압층의 수지량과 상기 열전도층의 수지량의 차가 10중량% 이하인 절연재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 내전압층의 수지량과, 상기 충전재층 중의 수지량의 차가 5중량% 이하인 절연재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절연재 중의 전 수지량이 그 절연재 전체의 20 내지 50중량%인 절연재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 충전재층의 충전재는 5 W/m·K 이상의 열전도율을 가지는 무기절연재료 인 절연재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 내전압층과 상기 충전재층의 수지량이 거의 동일한 절연재.
- 열경화성수지에 의해 결착된 비늘조각형상 운모층, 그 운모층에 열경화성수지에 의해 결착된 섬유직물형상 또는 필름형상 보강재층 및 그 보강재에 접착되어 열경화성수지에 분산된 고열전도성 무기충전재를 함유하는 충전재층을 가지고, 상기 열경화성수지는 반경화상태이고, 그 절연재의 중량을 기준으로 하여 상기 운모층의 수지량이 10 내지 25중량%, 상기 충전재층의 수지량이 10 내지 25중량% 이고, 상기 운모층의 수지량과 상기 충전재층의 수지량의 차가 10중량% 이하이고, 상기 충전재의 1 내지 80중량%이 볼형인 절연재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,무기절연재층, 보강재층 및 충전재층의 순으로 적층되어 있는 절연재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,보강재층, 충전재층 및 무기절연재료층의 순으로 적층된 절연재.
- 비늘조각형상의 무기절연재료를 열경화성수지에 의해 정렬, 결합한 내전압층, 보강재에 열경화성수지를 포함하는 보강재층 및 고열전도성 무기충전재를 열경화성수지에 분산한 열전도층을 적층접착하여 테이프형상 절연재를 형성하고, 상기 무기충전재는 적어도 열전도층 중에 분산되고, 상기 내전압층 중의 수지량 및 열전도층중의 각각의 수지량이 그 절연재의 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 25중량%인 절연재가 권선 도체다발에 감겨져 절연피복를 형성한 전기권선.
- 제 10항에 있어서,비늘조각형상의 무기절연재료가 박편 운모인 절연재.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 무기절연재료층의 수지량과, 상기 충전재층 중의 수지량의 차가 5중량% 이하인 절연재.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 절연재 중의 전 수지량이 그 절연재 전체의 20 내지 50중량%인 절연재.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 충전재층의 충전재는 5 W/m·K 이상의 열전도율을 가지는 무기절연재료인 절연재.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 무기절연재료층과 상기 충전재층의 수지량이 거의 동일한 절연재.
- 비늘조각형상의 무기절연재료를 열경화성수지에 의해 결합한 내전압층, 열경화성수지를 포함하는 보강재층 및 고열전도성 무기충전재를 열경화성수지에 분산한 열전도층이 열경화성수지에 의해 적층 접착하여 테이프형상 또는 시트형상 절연재를형성하고, 여기서 상기 내전압층 중의 무기절연재는 상기 보강재의 테이프 또는 시트의 면방향과 거의 평행한 방향으로 배열되고, 상기 내전압층 및 열전도층 중의 수지량이 절연재의 중량을 기준으로 하여 각각 10 내지 25중량%이고, 상기 내전압층의 수지량과 상기 충전재층의 수지량의 차가 10중량% 이하이고, 이 절연재를 도체다발의 주위에 치밀하게 감아 가열, 가압수단을 가지는 성형틀에 수납하여 상기 열경화성수지를 가열, 가압, 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 전기권선의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,비늘조각형상의 무기절연재료가 박편 운모인 절연재.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 무기절연재료층의 수지량과, 상기 충전재층 중의 수지량의 차가 5중량%이하인 절연재의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 절연재 중의 전 수지량이 상기 절연재 전체의 20 내지 50중량%인 절연재의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 충전재층의 충전재는 5 W/m·K 이상의 열전도율을 가지는 무기절연재료인 절연재의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 무기절연재료층과 상기 충전재층의 수지량이 거의 동일한 절연재의 제조방법.
