Claims (11)
- 레이저 빔의 광축에 대칭되게 중심 가스를 용접부에 대하여 분사하는 한편 측부로부터 측방 가스를 용접부에 분사하여 레이저 빔에 의해 열간 압연 강재를 맞대기 용접하는 방법에 있어서,레이저-유도 플라즈마의 중심이, 레이저 빔의 중심으로부터 용접되는 방향으로, 레이저 출력과 빔 직경 및 중심 가스의 종류와 유량에 의해 결정되는 기준 플라즈마 직경의 0.2 배 내지 0.5 배 만큼 변위된 상태에서 용접이 수행되고, 그와 동시에,상기 용접부에 알루미늄, 실리콘, 티타늄, 망간 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 0.05 내지 3중량%를 함유하는 철계 모재의 용가와이어가 공급되고,상기 용가 와이어가 용접방향에서 레이저 빔 조사부의 전방으로 레이저 유도 플라즈마에 공급되는 것을 특징로 하는 열간 압연 강재를 맞대기 용접하는 방법.
- 레이저 빔 광축을 중심으로 하는 원주 상에 위치되며 레이저 빔 광축에 대해 대칭으로 배치되는 중심 가스 분사구들을 구비하는 복수개의 중심 노즐과, 상기 원주의 밖에 위치되는 측방 가스 분사구를 구비하는 하나의 측방 노즐을 포함하고,중심 가스 합성 지점(synthesis point)이 레이저 빔의 초점 위에 위치하고, 측방 노즐 축선과 레이저 빔 광축의 교차점이 중심 가스 합성 지점과 레이저 빔 초점 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연 강재의 맞대기 용접을 위한 레이저 용접 노즐.
