Claims (8)
- 옥시염소화 장치에 있어서,반응기(1)와,촉매 유체 베드(3)용 하부 분계(2)와,상기 분계(2) 위 및 촉매 유체 베드(3)내에 있고, 반응기(1)의 전체 단면에 걸쳐서 분배되는 노즐(5)을 포함하는 가스 도입구(4 ; 분배 튜브)와,촉매를 유동시키는 가스 흐름과는 실질적으로 반대 방향으로 유출 가스 흐름을 안내하는 튜브(6)내로 개방되는 노즐(5)과,상기 분계(2) 아래의 가스 유입구(7), 및상기 분계(2)를 통과하는 튜브(8)를 포함하며,상기 분계(2)를 통과하는 튜브(8)의 상단부와 노즐(5)이 개방되는 튜브(6)의 하단부 사이의 간격이 상기 튜브로부터 빠져 나오는 반응물과 촉매의 혼합이 가능한 한 조기에 일어날 수 있는 넓은 크기의 혼합영역(25 내지 300㎜의 혼합 영역은 제외)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시염소화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 분계(2)를 통과하는 튜브(8)를 포함하고, 상기 튜브에서 노즐들(9)은 분계(2) 아래에, 또한 튜브(8)의 하단부 위에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시염소화 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐들(9)은 노즐들(9)로부터 가스 제트의 상향 유속이 튜브(8)의 상단부까지 각각의 튜브(8)의 단면에 걸쳐서 균일하게 되도록 튜브(8)의 상단부로부터 거리를 두고 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시염소화 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐들(9)은 튜브(8)의 하단부로부터 튜브(8)의 약 하나의 직경의 거리를 두고 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시염소화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(6)의 길이는 노즐(5)로부터의 가스제트의 하향 유속이 튜브(6)의 하단부까지 각각의 튜브(6)의 단면에 걸쳐서 균일하게 되도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시염소화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 가스 유입구(4)를 통해서 도입되는 가스가 반응기(1)의 단면에 걸쳐서 균일하게 분배되도록 노즐(5)은 상이한 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시염소화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(8)의 상단부와 튜브(6)의 하단부 사이의 간격은 튜브(4, 6, 8)와 하부 분계(2)의 높은 상호 침식 응력(erosive stress)이 발생하지 않도록 하는 치수로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시염소화 장치.
- 청구항 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 장치를, 1,2-디클로로에탄을 제조하기 위해 에틸렌과 염화 수소 및 산소 또는 산소 함유 가스의 반응에 사용하는 방법.
