Claims (20)
- 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 담체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사람 또는 동물 멜라닌세포의 멜라닌합성 차단용 국부 조성물.상기 식에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-C8알킬이고;R2은 수소원자 또는 C 1 -C8알킬이고;R3은 수소원자, C1-C8알킬 또는 C1-C8알카노일이고;X는 1 내지 5이다.단, X가 1일 때 R1, R2또는 R3중의 하나는 수소원자 이외의 것이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,N,N-디메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,4-S-호모-시스테아미닐페놀 및α-메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 일광차단제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 담체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 티로시나제를 포함하는 대사경로 저해용 국부 조성물.상기 식에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-C8알킬이고;R2은 수소원자 또는 C 1 -C8알킬이고;R3은 수소원자, C1-C8알킬 또는 C1-C8알카노일이고;X는 1 내지 5이다.단, X가 1일 때 R1, R2또는 R3중의 하나는 수소원자 이외의 것이다.
- 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 담체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑색종세포 치료용 국부 조성물.상기 식에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-C8알킬이고;R2은 수소원자 또는 C 1 -C8알킬이고;R3은 수소원자, C1-C8알킬 또는 C1-C8알카노일이고;X는 1 내지 5이다.단, X가 1일 때 R1, R2또는 R3중의 하나는 수소원자 이외의 것이다.
- 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 담체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 과색소침착 치료용 국부 조성물.상기 식에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-C8알킬이고;R2은 수소원자 또는 C 1 -C8알킬이고;R3은 수소원자, C1-C8알킬 또는 C1-C8알카노일이고;X는 1 내지 5이다.단, X가 1일 때 R1, R2또는 R3중의 하나는 수소원자 이외의 것이다.
- 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 담체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 과색소침착치료용 국부 조성물.상기 식에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-C8알킬이고;R2은 수소원자 또는 C 1 -C8알킬이고;R3은 수소원자, C1-C8알킬 또는 C1-C8알카노일이고;X는 1 내지 5이다.단, X가 1일 때 R1, R2또는 R3중의 하나는 수소원자 이외의 것이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,N,N-디메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,4-S-호모-시스테아미닐페놀 및α-메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀 인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항, 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 일광차단제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,N,N-디메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,4-S호모-시스테아미닐페놀 및α-메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항, 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 일광차단제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,N,N-디메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀,4-S-호모-시스테아미닐페놀 및α-메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항, 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 일광차단체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀, N,N-디메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀, 4-S-호모-시스테아미닐페놀 및 α-메틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 N-아세틸-4-S-시스테아미닐페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항, 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 일광차단체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
