Claims (12)
- 冷媒を貯蔵する蒸発部と、
前記蒸発部で気化した気相冷媒を凝縮液化させて放熱する凝縮部と、
前記気相冷媒を前記凝縮部へ輸送する蒸気管と、
前記凝縮部で凝縮した液相冷媒を前記蒸発部へ輸送する液管とを備え、
前記凝縮部は、放熱流路と、前記蒸気管と前記放熱流路とを接続する上部ヘッダーと、前記放熱流路と液管とを接続する下部ヘッダーとを有し、
前記上部ヘッダーは、前記放熱流路と接続する流路ヘッダー部と、前記流路ヘッダー部の周囲に位置する上部ヘッダー延長部を含み、
前記上部ヘッダー延長部は、前記放熱流路が接続する側の面において、前記蒸気管と接続する接続口を備えることを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 前記接続口から前記流路ヘッダーに向かう方向と垂直方向における前記上部ヘッダー延長部の幅が、前記方向における前記流路ヘッダー部の幅と略同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記接続口から前記流路ヘッダーに向かう方向と垂直方向における前記上部ヘッダー延長部の幅が、前記方向における前記流路ヘッダー部の幅より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記接続口から前記流路ヘッダーに向かう方向と垂直方向における前記上部ヘッダー延長部の断面積が、前記蒸気管の断面積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記接続口から前記流路ヘッダーに向かう方向における前記上部ヘッダー延長部の長さは、鉛直方向における前記蒸気管の長さより短いことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記蒸気管を複数個備え、複数の前記蒸気管により、前記蒸発部と前記上部ヘッダーとを接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記凝縮部は、複数の前記放熱流路で構成され、
前記蒸気管は、複数の前記放熱流路が並設している方向と垂直な方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記凝縮部は、複数の前記放熱流路で構成され、
前記蒸気管は、複数の前記放熱流路が並設している方向と略平行な直線上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記蒸気管は鉛直方向に直線状に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記蒸気管は、前記蒸発部の上部と前記上部ヘッダーの下面部とを接続し、
前記液管は、前記蒸発部の側面部と前記下部ヘッダーとを接続することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。 - 複数の前記放熱流路を有し、
隣り合う前記複数の放熱流路の間に放熱フィンを備え、
前記放熱フィンは、前記放熱流路と熱的に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記蒸気管および前記液管のいずれか一方は、内層が金属層、外層が樹脂層で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
