Claims (2)
- ブレーキケーブル(37)に連結されるねじ軸(38)と、当該ねじ軸(38)をその軸方向移動を可能として支持するアクチュエータケース(39)と、正逆回転を自在として前記アクチュエータケース(39)に支持される電動モータ(40)と、前記ねじ軸(38)に螺合されるナット(61)を有しつつ前記電動モータ(40)で発生する回転運動を前記ねじ軸(38)の直線運動に変換することを可能として前記アクチュエータケース(39)内に収容される運動変換機構(41)と、前前記ねじ軸(38)の回転運動を規制する回転規制手段(73)とを有し、前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を牽引することによるパーキングブレーキ状態ならびに前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を緩めることによる非パーキングブレーキ状態が、前記電動モータ(40)の回転方向変化で切替えられるようにした電動パーキングブレーキ装置において、前記ブレーキケーブル(37)は、その牽引時に一定の方向にねじれ力を発生するようにして複数の線材(92)が撚り合わされて成り、牽引状態にある前記ブレーキケーブル(37)で発生する前記ねじれ力の前記ねじ軸(38)への作用方向と、前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を緩める際の前記ナット(61)の回転方向とが同一方向となるように設定されることを特徴とする電動パーキングブレーキ装置。
- 前記回転規制手段(73)が、前記ねじ軸(38)の前記ブレーキケーブル(37)とは反対側の端部に設けられるとともに当該ねじ軸(38)から放射状に突出する複数の回転規制突部(76b)と、前記アクチュエータケース(39)に収容、固定される内挿部材(74)もしくは前記アクチュエータケース(39)に形成されて前記回転規制突部(76b)をそれぞれ突入させる複数の回転規制溝(75)とから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動パーキングブレーキ装置。
