この発明は発振回路内蔵の集積回路装置を使用する際、
発振出力端子に複数の機能を持たせ、発振出力端子を有

て、スイッチング手段5に制御線6を通じて、前記の自
動発振回路として用いた時とは逆極性の制御信号を与え
ればよい。ここで、制御線6に与えられる制御信号の極
性は、集積回路装置1内に内蔵されたたとえばROMの
