Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce components in number and an assembly operation in man- hour and to improve an integrated circuit of this design in packaging density by a method wherein a filter circuit and a logic circuit are provided inside the same package. CONSTITUTION:A filter circuit 2 is built inside the same package P to prevent the effect of a logic circuit 1 and a logic signal on a power source voltage and connected between a power terminal Vcc and a ground terminal GND. That is, the logic circuit 1 and the filter circuit 2 are constituted as IC chips 1a and 2a, and these IC chips 1a and 2a are built in the same package P to complete the formation of an integrated circuit of this design. As mentioned above, the filter circuit 2 is provided inside the integrated circuit, whereby the effect of logic signals on a power source voltage can be prevented inside the integrated circuit. Moreover, an externally fitted component is not required to be additionally provided to prevent an external effect. By this setup, an integrated circuit of this design can be reduced in number of components and man-hour of an assembly operation and improved in packaging density.
