PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance and sealing property of a rotor and reduce its cost, by providing an annular recess on the peripheral sliding contact part of the rotor except on both its ends and melting and spraying a wear-resistant material such as ceramic to provide a coating layer in the recess.
