The E type core 1 and the I type core 4 are integrally welded and fixed by irradiating beams such as laser beams to the nonmagnetic materials 6. The air gap between the E type core 1 and the I type core 4 is kept constant by the nonmagnetic materials 6, and displacement is not generated even when vibration, a shock, etc. are applied.
