Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve assembling efficiency by laying stacked core materials to be welded and separation materials for separating the same alternatively, and applying laser beam in one direction in such manner that separation material is not melted and only core materials are welded. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of thin plates 4a-4d of high magnetic permeability material consisting permalloy sendust and the like is laminated to form cores 8a-8d respectively. Then separation materials 5a-5c such as Cu, Al having high reflectivity to laser beam and large heat spread characteristic and high melting point and so not easy meltability are held between previously prepared core materials 8a-8d respectively and laminated in laminated direction alternatively. Then laser beam 13 from welder 12 is applied from point 9a to point 9p along welding line 9 spacely disposed in laminated direction. Thus, separation materials 5a-5c do not melt and only core materials 8a-8d can be welded and thereafter separation materials 5a-5c are removed to get welded core materials 8a-8d.
